Personally handed the shipping address to the actual owner her name is Janisse so that she could type the shipping information into the computer as I tracked my package it was being sent back to me because the address was entered in incorrectly by the owner of the USPS store. I left a message for the owner to contact me since this was her error I expect her to pay for the redelivery fee I have yet to hear from her do not use this location for any shipping white so ever

This business has the minimum number of employees for many, many customers. It guarantees Longggg waits. The employees work hard, but they cant keep up with the demand. The UPS owners disrespect for their customers is disgusting.

Not sure what all of the complaints about. The agents here are probably tired of seeing me there doing Amazon returns, but they all have been nice to me. Sometimes I come in looking like a bum after working on a car and sometimes I come in looking like I am ready for a night out... No matter to them because they are always super kind and nice. I am always in and out within about 5 minutes. Someone always say hi to me when I enter and to have a good day when I leave. As far as the comments about them being racist, I am black, and they treat me just fine. Of course, I also walk in with a smile, I try to be polite, and I am patient. Perhaps not walking in there like Karen would afford you better reception? Just saying...

I do a minimal amount of business at this location and it’s mainly because the customer service is lacking on a basic level like being acknowledged when I walk in and thanked when I leave. I understand everyone working there is very busy but it shouldn’t be at the cost of good customer service. I went in today and the lady at the counter just looked up from what she was doing I guess just to admire my outfit because she didn’t say one word to me and I just waited until the other girl came from the back and even she didn’t greet me properly and when the transaction was over while she was very informative and thorough she didn’t thank me for my business which I really look for in any business that I deal with so I guess I will start going to Longview and see how their service is.

Need to return a purchase from Amazon and the staff knew just what to do. It was fast and easy. The shopping center was also easy enough to get in and out of. We were able to park right outside the store for a quick errand run into the UPS store. Highly recommend.

Marshall Texas location. RUDE and unprofesstional! We needed to send a fax, unfortunately to the Texas Unemployment Office (yes COVID related layoff) THe woman behind the counter shoved the paper back and said I tried to fax it twice and it was busy. You need to call that office and tell them to fix their fax. Then just called the next person and dismissed / ignored my husband. Inexcusable behavior, and this is not the first time weve experienced it!

Easy and fast to mail packages and make copies.

Its not like we have a lot of choices. Theres only one UPS store that handles even the FedEx packages as long as they are NOT too big.

1st time visiting as I needed to return an Amazon product. Strictly professional and quick service. I was in and out in under a minute.

HiI misplaced a receipt for a mailer to the west coast . Frankly I found every other receipt for the last week . Nonetheless, I called and someone looked up the information, and provided a tracking number . Woot woot thanks Jeff

The service I received was fast and friendly. There were plenty of associates to help customers so there was no wait for myself or any of the other customers.

I use UPS in marshall almost daily but its customers service is very rude has some super despotic ladies and racists they take care of you in a bad way never from your side they say thanks you it has to be the customer who says thank you and they dont even answer you..😔😔

I just called at 2:15 and asked what time they closed and she said 230 and all I got to say was well y’all might be closed by then but how much does it cost and she hung up in my face on Saturday
