She helps you trouble shoot your plans but is flexible enough to help you make changes as you decide whether to subcontract your own site prep or change your engineering design for your family. She is so easy to speak with and is so knowledgeable. When my family started planning our house she walked us through the process painlessly explaining all the parts to building a home. Wow what an education it has been! She has helped us every step of the way, answers phone calls quickly, responds with emails quickly, and is so flexible! We couldnt be happier!
