I own 3 EX-15 machines from this company. None did the advertised purity out of the box, testing in the 80s prior to being returned to stock PSI via their internal regulator. One arrived with damage and my calls were never returned. In connecting with other customers, my issues seem light as multiple credible glass artists say their machines being serviced have not been returned for years and the owner avoids their calls.

Absolutely do not buy anything from this company. I received an ex-20 that did not work the day I got it. The parts inside of my machine had dates on it that were 10+ years old. There was dirt on everything inside and all the tubes were yellowed and old. Fraudulent by all means. Especially when you advertise a product as “brand new”.

We accidentally damaged our EX-10 at our shop and was able to get it fixed immediately. The service was great and they were very accommodating. And it helps that we dont pay for oxygen thanks to them.

I would give zero stars if I could. In short, pathetic customer service and misleading, poor quality product. In 2015 I purchased their product (Ex-05 Oxygen Concentrator) through Rio Grande. Within two months of receiving this machine, it broke. Rio had me directly contact the manufacturer (Extreme Oxygen Products) for troubleshooting/replacement. After trouble getting a hold of them, they finally exchanged my machine and said that they would refund my shipping cost if my broken machine was truly broken (and not a user error). I never heard back from them. I was able to let the shipping cost go because I was excited for the working replacement. In 2016, I rarely had time to work in my studio and less time to use the machine. In 2017, I left my job to work in my studio full time. By April, I was using my machine with regularity and by May/June it was broken, making the same noise as the first one.I have been trying to contact the manufacture for nearly 6 months to troubleshoot and get my machine working. My guess is that in the two years I had it, I couldnt have put more than 40-60 hours on it. I contacted Extreme Oxygen Products a total of eight times (that I documented, I may have called more than that). I also contacted Rio twice during this time. After several failed attempts to reach anyone other than the answering machine, I started to look for an oxygen generator repairman. What I discovered when the repairman looked at my machine was that 1. the machine had never been retrofitted or changed to work specifically with a jewelers torch (per Extreme Oxygen Products and Rio, it is a retrofitted machine) and 2. that the broken part in the machine was an original part that had been discontinued over two years prior and so there was no way to replace or repair the machine at this point in time and that the part was original to the machine. The repairman also noted that the amount of recorded hours on this machine indicated that it was at the end of the life for the machine and that he was surprised I even got 40 hours out of it.This companys customer service is bar none the worst I have ever had the painful displeasure of working with (or rather barely having a chance to work with). At one point Ruth (the only person I succeeded to talk to at Extreme Oxygen Products) told be that I had to stay on top of Paul (the owner) and that I had to keep on him calling him because he is hard to get a hold of.Not only is the customer service abhorrent, to sell an item under the pretense that is has been refurbished and retrofitted when it has not is misleading and wrong. They are selling a product for over $400 dollars that is guaranteed to break because of their lack of knowledge about the product they are selling.

Bought an EX15 from Paul last June; he was really nice when selling the machine. Had some problems getting it shipped (Im in NJ). In Dec/Jan the zeolite started leaking. Called and emailed multiple times with one reply, sent it back to him in January (on my dime, as it states in the warranty) and have had ONE email from him since. Got on a glassblower FB page to find a number of identical stories, machines sent back and never returned. Ive filed with Indianas Attorney General. Wish I could give zero stars. IMHO, DO NOT BUY FROM EXTREME OXYGEN.

Bought 3 ex-20 machines in Nov. of 2016 through a 3rd party. All 3 arrived broken. Sent in all 3 for warranty. A year later Nov. 2017 still trying to get my machines back. Dealing with this company has been a complete disappointment. Avoid dealing with this company at all cost.
