To start off, not a single customer or employee (3 of them) were wearing masks despite the “mask required” sign on the door.Came in and asked if they sold snus (Swedish tobacco), they didn’t know so I ended up finding it for them, no big deal. But then I noticed it was not refrigerated (this is a requirement from the manufacturer), bought it anyway as it can last at room temperature for a bit. They had no idea what to charge me so I stood around for a few minutes while they figured it out. When I finally left and got home I found out the snus was expired by a few months.I understand it’s a somewhat unknown product but everywhere else Ive been that sells it knows how to store it properly. There’s absolutely no excuse for no masks however.
