My husband took his truck in for repairs after hitting a deer. He is so impressed with the work they did. The truck looks good as new. Also how they went above and beyond, even giving the truck a good cleaning and detail. Great business and people to work with! Would highly recommend!

An unknown someone broke the mirror in my car. No note, no explanation. My first stop was Nybakkens. The guy there was helpful, courteous and professional. He recommended another company for the repair as he didnt think they could do it at a competitive price. He took time out of his busy day to help, and he helped. When I asked him what I owed him he said nothing, I didnt do anything. Well, restoring your faith in customer service is something. Great job Nybakkens. Many thanks!

Horrible workman ship, long story short by biggest issue was my roof was leaking after being repaired, and the shop owner would not work with me about getting it fixed. My carpet was becoming moldy, along with my headliner, and it was making me sick along with anyone who rode in my truck. I had my truck looked at by an actual Ford body shop to be told that the work Nybakken provided was not up to factory specs, nor would it have been safe if I was in another accident. My roof was completely seam sealed back on, no welding no mounting, SEAM SEALED BACK ON! They wouldn’t answer phone calls, and when I did reach someone I constantly got the run around. This so called “work” was supposed to be covered under warranty, and it took me getting legal involved to get it fixed. I also have other work they completed on my truck that they are not willing to fix, when they provided terrible body work from the start. The bondo, and paint are cracking on a few areas they worked on as well. The paint has runs in areas they repaired, and parts they replaced weren’t handled with care. Brackets that hold my headlights, fenders were broken, and/or stripped out. As a business owner my self, stay steer clear of this place. I wish as a new Airman to the area I would’ve done my research before using them for my insurance claim.

Nybakken’s Body Shop were amazingly easy to work with. My time frame for repair estimate was very short, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. They found a used part to save me money, but painted it to match. The finished repairs were excellent. Paint color was a perfect match on a 12 year old vehicle. I highly recommend Nybakken’s Body shop.

Brought my car got backed into and we went through Nybakkens by insurance referral. Got my car in within a week of the estimate and it was done in a day and a half! They gave me text updates to let me know what was going on and when it was finished. So happy with the work, service, and pricing!

Repaired my vehicle without a hitch. Very professional. Much appreciated.

My husbands truck had a window and side mirror shattered and brought it to Nybakken to have it repaired. We were told a few different times it shouldve been ready which all fell through but today were told that it was finally in fact ready for pickup. My husband works very long hours in the oilfields 7 days a week and so to coordinate a ride and pickup is a hassle to say the least. He was able to find someone willing to drive him the f45 minutes to Minot after work today and spoke with the shop about leaving his truck outside with the keys in it as he would not be there until after closing. When he arrived the WRONG F150 was left outside with the keys in it, and on a Friday, meaning that there would be nobody in until Monday leaving this random truck outside and my husband still without transportation. He contacted the answering service where he was told by the woman that she had no way of contacting anyone from the shop directly, she was only able of sending a fax which would not be checked until Monday anyways as it would be sent to the shop. I then called and spoke with her informing her in full of the situation and that it needed to be resolved tonight as my husband would be unable to take time off to come and pick it up to which she also informed me that she was only able to fax the shop. Only minutes after speaking to her an employee called my husband saying that she had CALLED their cell phone and that he was still in town and would meet my husband at the shop. Therefore the woman lied through her teeth to me and my husband which I think anyone can agree is extremely unprofessional. I have worked in customer service myself and as a word of advice, if youre in fact going to lie to your customers, for one, make certain you corroborate your stories, and two, and I personally feel this is the better route, inform the customer that you are unable to give out private numbers but that you will contact an employee for the customer and do what you can to resolve the situation. Do not lie through your teeth and expect a good review or repeat customers for that matter. It turns out that the window that was sent in to the shop arrived broken and that my husbands truck wont even be ready until at least this coming Tuesday. Not only was this poor communication on the shops part but inconsiderate.and extremely inconvenient for us. I will never be returning to this place of business and will be passing this on to everyone that we know. VERY UNSATISFIED.
