On 08/31/2019 roughly 8:00 am, I was stranded at a local hotel with both batteries dead (diesel). I called up this NAPA and gave the gentleman the part # I needed and explained my situation. I asked if they could bring they batteries to me and he did not hesitate. He said he would have someone there right away. In less than 30 minutes my batteries arrived. Everyone was professional and courteous. In this day and age in my travels this kind of quality service is hard to find. I am very pleased as well as extremely grateful for their service and professionalism!! Thank you guys!

Cant beat the customer service for a parts store. The majority of the staff are highly knowledgeable and have a great reputation of getting you the correct part in a timely manner. Sometimes there is a wait rather on the phone or at the counter due to the amount of walk in customers and dealerships requesting their services, but thats what you get when shopping at the best parts place intown. If you are looking for quality parts backed with a solid warranty or even the best popcorn intown this is the go to place to shop hands down. Very fast at retrieving parts from the back and ringing up customers so there is rarly a line. The employees are great help, very polite, and do their best to get what you need. Great prices as well

Went on a Tuesday to get some bulbs . Supposedly they close at 5pm but at 3pm the doors where locked . The staff just stood at counter looking down as if I did not see him .

Good service. Inconvenient location for me (four parts stores closer to my home). NAPA also tends to be higher priced from what Ive noticed.

This is the largest parts house in the area. They have a huge inventory on hand and the ability to get just about anything the next day.

Minot Napa is excellent. Most knowledgeable parts staff in town.

I used to use Oreillys for all my auto parts needs, recently because of their staff not knowing anything I have been coming to Napa. I love the people here and their very friendly and are more than willing to help. They most of the time dont have much of a wait and thats a deffinate plus. Napa has become my go to for auto Parts now. And their staff k ow something about vehicles which is always good in an auto parts store!!
