Did not receive great service. They were supposed to install a trolling motor for me which I needed before a trip to the coast. It took the Sanger branch 7 weeks to get the motor to New Braunfels. I phoned a week in advance to alert the branch of the incoming package and schedule installation. A salesman assured me it would be good to install in the final 2 days before I left. When the motor arrived I was told by the service manager to get in the back of the queue and wait a week as promises made by other staff cannot be honored. To top that, half of the quick release plate went missing, so parts were incomplete and they did not have stock of the part. I fetched the motor myself, ordered missing parts from Amazon and installed it myself.

I highly recommend this Boat Dealership, Brian (salesman) and manager were phenomenal and provided exceptional service to my wife and I . They were extremely professional and knowledgeable unlike some of the other boat dealerships that my wife and I went to. We live in Round Rock and drove all the way to their dealership, it was definitely worth the drive, thanks guys and see you soon !

I got a new Minkota motor from FAS when nobody else could get one and they got the exact one I needed the very next day. Very polite and professional staff. Scott went over and beyond to help me get on the water in just a little time. I highly recommend them
