Sent Culpepper’s a FB msg around 6 am, Fri, 6 Nov 2020, received a call at 8 am (30-minutes before they opened), young lady took my information and had someone dispatched by 11 am, she called around 10:45 to let me know they were on their way. Super professional, identified the problem quickly and resolved (floor installer had installed new toilet’s wax ring incorrectly). Culpepper’s cleaned up afterwards and kept me informed along the way. Super guys!!! Would definitely use again.

As a small business, we have used Culpepper Plumbing for several years. They do not communicate that the work order request was received nor do they tell you when its completed. I even have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive an invoice. You would think after several years of requests to get status updates on work orders and invoices, they would catch on... not the case. The final straw was billing me for work they could not complete. I was billed $119 for something that wasnt fixed when they walked out the door. (Im not sure they even showed up) I have no complaint with their pricing if the work has been completed. If you are a home owner and can be present during any of the repairs, I would recommend them. If your a small business who spends thousands of dollars a year on plumbing repairs, find another company.

Ive used Culpepper plumbing on several occasions from installing all new bathroom, replacing water heaters, repairing outside gas line, and other minor things. Each time they were professional, knowledgeable, and timly. Only company I will use.

The bill for a water heater replacement was $1623. Total ripoff. I was charged $350. for a trip charge from New Braunfels to San Marcos. At the most 20 miles from NB to the place in San Marcos. Culpepper did not tell me about the trip charge before they went. The water heater retails for $400. I called to talk to Mr Culpepper and he could care less. We have been using them for years in both mine and my husband businesss. Never again.

We had a small water leak at the water meter. They were here within the hour.Very efficient and friendly. Will definitely use them again.
