I arrived at 2pm. I had lost my phone and needed a replacement. Sign on the door said they were out to eat. I hung around and cleaned out my car and did a couple other things. Come around 250 pm it was obvious no one was showing back up. Hopefully he or she is ok. Had to go to another store

WOW - what a great set of people!! I am so very appreciative to Amie for her incredible patience. She worked with my (senior citizen) mother to purchase an iPhone. She handled the million questions easily, and did not flinch as the appointment become several hours long. Really: she is a saint, and she turned a very stressful purchase into a great experience. The store manager as soon as I walked in the door he was extremely pleasant and He was extremely patient with me during the times that we live in now that’s some thing that we all need we had pleasant conversations he walked me through every single step he made me laugh when I walked out of the store I felt really good!!!!!

I have had excellent service at the store. Nelson was wonderfully patient and smart in answering my many questions.
