I have been very displeased with this companys services. I placed an order for a part in December. I waited and waited for it to arrive - nothing. I checked the website many times - it just stated status: pending. I never received any notification that it was delayed or when it may come. We called the company at least 10 times over the past few months to find out what is going on. We got the same answer every time. I am just the messenger. I will pass it along and someone will call you back. Guess what....no one ever called back. We asked for a refund. Guess what....it never came. It wasnt until our most recent phone call that we stated we would be contacting our attorney to get this sorted out....yes, all over a little part. We asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. The response was that I am the one you would talk to. This was some of the worst customer service from a company I have experienced. I hope you will do better for others in the future. This is terrible service and I wouldnt recommend you to anyone.
I am not leaving bad reviews often but this time it is well deserved, and I hope it will ring the bell for the management. I found a little dental part that I needed on the Prime Dental Supply and rather help I received questions and concerns, about if we are a legit Dental clinic and so on..... I understand company policies but this is not the way you are making successful business in America, be nice with your customers.Customer is always right, Here I am, the customer!And yet, didnt receive help or good service!
The worst customer service I have had in a long time and it came from a lady who said her name was Kathy, she sounded very middle eastern maybe Indian. Nothing against Indian people I have friends who are Indian I just think this lady knew she was being terrible and didnt want to give her real name out . I have the hole conversation recorded. She didnt even allow me to talk to a manager.
