Stop & Shops product quality are quite good. Customer services are also reasonable. The only point is the weekly promotion is not so attractive compare with other stores nearby. Furthermore, we are not always received Stop & shops promotion notification as well.

We shop here a lot, good selection of food items and excellent fish department. We eat a lot of fish at our house so this is a nice benefit.

Great, if you want to stand in line for 20 minutes. 1 checkout lane and the self-checkout lanes open, and two lines halfway down the aisles... I guess they arent willing to pay for cashiers. #capitalism #profit #bottomline

Market is clean, workers are always helpful, and huge improvement with the self checkout area. Kudos to that because it was a mess before.

The location has been good but now they are moved to nanuet shops. Havent been in the new location yet .

I like the size of this store and the layout with floral in the middle of the store and vitamins along the far side wall, plus its not too big. I dont like that nuts are in 4 different places, but thats a universal problem with Stop and Shop. Another universal problem is that Natures Promise is sometimes with the regular items and sometimes in the Natural Foods aisle. This store is clean with helpful staff, which definitely helps to make it a pleasant place to shop. The produce is plentiful here and fresh, even towards the end of the day.

The prices are ok, selection is pretty good. But most of the time I try to buy milk there, its spoiled/gone bad. I like how theres a bank within the store.

I go here often and its nice to be familiar with a store. Everything is always neat and in order and some of the staff have a nice attitude and joke around here and with each other which is really nice to see. My mom is usually by the deli and so they somewhat know her now and usually know what shes gonna order and Ive seen them laugh a few times together

This Stop n Shop always has the one thing I go for. This trip was no different. The employees seem nice, the other customers were kind, accommodating with the crazy path of lines due to social distancing. Some aisles were not well stocked. I guess that was due to the pending snow storm, since that is unusual.

Fully stocked store with helpful staff. Meat department has a nice selection.We have been using this locationfor many years.Our only complaint is the store does not have enough of the price guns to shop . Every time we go to the store the rack is out of pricing guns. We have gone to smaller stores that have more then this super store.

Hardly any fresh produce and the selection of meats was poor. I was told there was no delivery because of the storm 2 days ago.

Employee are super rude and never know how to help customers. Every single time I come here I almost always see them on their phone 😂😂😂 since COVID the lines been unreal but the manger is the sweetest man ever!!!

It used to be better when we first moved up here, but the last 12 months it’s really gone downhill. Almost every time we go there’s rotting and/or moldy produce, often with flies buzzing around. They’ve been the worst in the area at keeping anything stocked for the past couple months, too.

Great customer service. Clean store. Digital coupons and gas rewards great. Love the conveyor belt self-checkouts. (They are much better than the scan and bag ones at other stores) Great produce and passover selection too. Much cleaner and more spacious than Shop Rite down the road.

Amazing how they stay in business. Ask what kind of soup there was and nobody knew. Ordered a sandwich and was told there was no lettuce. Do they know the store had a produce dept. Not the first time I had a problem there. They are clueless.

Stop & Shop always has consistently high quality food. Their prices are reasonable and there are often good deals and sales on food and other products. The facility is always clean and well lit. The self check out machines make shopping and paying easy and peaceful. There is such a wide variety of food that I always find something I feel like buying. The deli consistently serves good, fresh meats and cheese and the workers there are always incredibly nice and efficient.

Stop & Shop, New City was good, not crowded, shelves were stocked, however, t.paper, paper towels shelves were empty, signs in every aisle were ignored, 2 per customer. Check out was fast.

I love stop and shop. Ive never had a problem finding everything I need. Even weird obscure ingredients are easy to find. All the prepared foods are delicious too and the staff are always sweet and helpful.

Lapin and I shop her a couple times a year when going upstate. They have a decent selection with generous sales. The staff is usually nice but they lines are almost always long and moves slowly. They usually always have sale items in stock.

A little longer drive than the nearest ShopRite and a little smaller, but Im liking it better in terms of what they carry and the shopping experience.

Fresh produce always clean and friendly staff. Alot of great items to try especially vegan and gluten free items the bakery is the bomb the whole baked chicken is a parents saving grace

I only shop there because its convenient and you can scan and bag while you shop. Its more expensive than shoprite and every time I go they dont have something. Produce isnt great.

Clean, spacious and mellow if you got at off peak times. Sunday afternoon is a zoo. Avoid at that time if possible! All in all my goto grocery store.

Im a fan of Stop and Shop and this one is the closest shopping to my home. Wegmans recently opened up, but its about 7 miles away. Shop Rite is the other supermarket thats close, and in my opinion are in need of a major renovation/upgrade. So anyway, Stop and Shops deli is great and the prices overall seem best in the area too. Clean and more modern (again not a Wegmans) than most.

Great when it first opened, but has gone downhill

I love shopping at stop and shop, but the customer service from some of the cashiers are horrible! They dont greet you as you approach the register, they are talking with other employees cursing and joking with each other. Thats just not professional. And, these are kids, so management has to really step up and teach these kids how to provide great customer service because they are a reflection of management and the company. And where are the baggers? Please hire some baggers that know how to bag...again, the cashiers just place food items in the bag, disregarding whats in the bag. Ive had dishwashing liquid bagged with fruits...unacceptable!

Over-relying on self check out which is often slow and problematic. The person assigned to that area rarely knows how to fix the issues. The lack of human cashiers is extremely frustrating.

From the moment I walked into this supermarket my boyfriend my child and I were racially profiled. Watched by all employees followed through mout he store. By the time we got to the register we asked for assistance with a split payment and the ladies in the front spoke about Wic and EBT we proceeded to tell them that we didn’t have EBT they continued to try to figure it out but couldn’t we then gave a suggestion they said yeah go ahead use your EBT first we said again we do not have EBT. Don’t judge people lady we both make more money than you do but don’t go around bragging or judging people bcuz of the money they make. Learn to respect everyone as individuals.
