Solid, professional staff. They are always friendly. Receptionist always asks if I would like a coffee or a water. Willing to show you the latest technology without being pushy. I got a call when my hearing aids were about to go out of warranty. They sent them in to have them checked out for me free of charge. I’ve had three different hearing aids from Choice Hearing over the years and I’m not going anywhere else.

I took my Mother in for a hearing test and her first set of aides. From the first call of setting the app, through the actual visits I can not express enough the amount of compassion this team has! Great experience getting hearing aids for the first time in my 50s!. The staff in the office couldn’t have been more warm snd accommodating with all of my questions. I’ve had my ear pods now for a few weeks and it’s a whole new world. I didn’t even realize how much I was missing just walking down the sidewalk.They are so small and modern and interface easily with my Bluetooth devices. Thank you!!

I would like to highly recommend Choice hearing Center for your audiology needs. My husband & myself are 55 years old. We didn’t think we were old enough for hearing aids but were very tired of saying huh? Family would come to visit & always complain how loud our TV was. Understanding some of the words spoken to us were difficult to understand & we often smiled & shook our heads rather than ask them to repeat it for us. We felt maybe we needed to at least get our hearing checked. This was one of the best decisions we have ever made. We went to Choice Hearing & saw Ellen Foltz, Doctor of Audiology. She was so patient & kind. Made us feel very comfortable & helped us understand why people our age sometimes need aids. We ultimately both needed hearing aids. We are living different lives now. The quality of life for us has improved 99% as we can now hear & understand what we hear. It’s a game changer. My favorite perk at Choice Hearing is, the day you are tested, you leave with loaner aids while your new ones are on order. You walk out that first day with a huge improvement. 😊. The entire staff at Choice Hearing are so inviting & informative. They take their time & explain everything on your level so you totally make an informed decision. My hearing aid quit first in one ear then in the other. Each time I went to Choice Hearing Center for help. Each time a polite, friendly, and very help employee fixed my problem.I m not someone who does this often but I HIGHLY recommend Choice Hearing Center to anyone that has hearing problems.

Only went in for cleaning this time. Friendly service, no waiting with call ahead scheduling. I think Im losing more of my hearing and was confused when I wasnt set up for appt with hearing doctor. Guess Ill need to call in. Hopefully she handles the caption phone request I told her about.Continued: Drs office called me and got me right in. They apologized about not getting to see Dr last visit. Saw her this visit and hearing checked. Some more hearing loss but ear canal was clear.I increased the rating to 5 stars since I feel they went above and beyond while I was there this visit.

The Dover office of Choice Hearing has gone above and beyond to give me satisfaction in my hearing experience. My hearing was very limited and I used to miss a lot of conversations, but now my hearing is great and I am much more engaged. Thank you Choice Hearing.

They were so helpful. They helped us figure out the finances. They were so kind and considerate and professional. They took care of my dad and didnt try to sell him things he didnt need or couldnt afford.

Know the best hearing aid and services to recommend for customer’s hearing loss!

Hearing aids cost entirely too much. How could it possibly take near that much to make them. And they dont last as long as they should. I think its a crime that insurance companies dont help pay for them. They are a health aid just like everything else the insurance companies pay for. In spite of all that, Choice Hearing is a nice place to go.

The hearing aids seem to work - most of the time. I have had some times when they just stop working for several minutes, then start working again. Theyre charged, so I dont know what has happened. You can sync these to your Bluetooth, which is kind of cool. I liked answering my phone where no one can hear the person to whom I speak. HOWEVER, it runs down the battery sooner. Using the Bluetooth option would have my hearing aids running down before the end of the day.My biggest problem came when trying to pay for them. I wanted to use the 18 month same as cash offer, but the office staff didnt know how to change the order to debit my checking account each month for the amount I wanted. Leaving it as entered would have meant paying 24.99% interest! So, I decided to cancel that option, which took half an hour to do. I next wanted to pay with my credit card, but the office staff charged me the wrong amount and didnt know how to credit me. So I spent half an hour discussing the hearing aids and an hour and a half trying to pay for them. NOT a very good experience.

Been going there for at least 15yreas.anybody can sell hearing aids its what happens after u get them.thats what counts.follow up service is where u will see what Im talking about. Eric and his office staff shows there knowledge and care.great group of people.

Took my mother-in-law to Dover from Cambridge as this center was the only one that dealt with her brand of hearing aids. We realize they are old, but the disgusting sales pitch was hideous. If I hadn’t been with her the used car salesman/audiologist would have taken her for her last dime. Just sleazy and gross. Won’t ever take her there again.

Ellie is amazing! She has went above and beyond to help me hear again! Ive had hearing loss since I was a young child. My last set of hearing aides were useless and Ellie helped me find a pair that would help eliminate background noise and clarify speach, which I really struggled to hear and understand.
