Excellent customer service! Came in the other day with family to have important documents notarized, ship out a package express and do Amazon returns. The employees at this UPS store were great. Derek was very welcoming and helpful. He came to me while I was waiting in line with a mobile device and scanned the codes for my Amazon returns. Now that’s a smart service to provide, something I notice other UPS stores don’t do. Judy was very kind and patient with me too. She politely waited for me to organize and prepare my documents to be notarized. I was able to knock everything off my to-do list all in one trip. I would usually go to the UPS Store in Alameda for my shipping and notary needs etc., but this UPS store will be my go to location from now on. I will definitely be coming back for future services!

Friendly workers and very informative. Had my passport photos done, notarized my document and mailed out my stuff! Highly recommend this. They also have a AAA discount. It was a one stop shop and Im definitely coming back for all my packaging needs.

I went to the UPS store to make an Amazon return and I forgot the printed return labels at my house. Shirley, was extremely helpful with getting the labels printed at the store so I didn’t need to go back home to grab the labels. Due to her amazing customer service I am making this my go to UPS Store!

I shipped a laptop for my company from this location to Washington for a new employee to start work on a Monday. I paid over $100 extra to have it arrive Monday morning. When Monday morning came around, the website said delivered, but no package had arrived. I spent all day on the phone trying to track it down. Since UPS did not know where it was at the time, rather than potentially lose out on another day of work for the employee, I set up a brand new laptop and overnight shipped a second laptop to Washington. When I called UPS to discuss the shipping problem, they let me know that I would need to contact the store that shipped the package. After dealing with this for 2 weeks, back and forth phone calls, the UPS store told me they do not guarantee shipping for any package and it is not their problem. Many peoples packages are not getting delivered on time, you are not the only one. After wasting my time, my new employees time, and causing us to have to ship out an additional laptop due to their failure to deliver, there is nothing they can do about it. I am VERY disappointed in their customer service and do not plan on using this location again.

Needed a notary and two witnesses. Tried two other option and failed to get this done. Called this UPS store and they said they could do it all. Arrived and found a very polite, helpful and competent staff. Even though it was very busy, we were in and out in less than 10 minutes! They went above and beyond our expectation.

Wow! They are super friendly and helpful here. We had to ship out over 10 big boxes because we’re moving. They even offered us a dolly to grab the boxes from the car which helped out a lot. I’m definitely telling my family members to come to this location because of their amazing service.

Went here to take care of a print job and take care of a notary. This is a new store. Glad to have them close to me, so I don’t have to drive so far away, anymore. They are a asset to the community. The customer service here is great. They greet you right when you walk in. The service is fast and organized. Will be a repeat customer here because I plan on getting a mailbox soon.

Staff are nice however pricing has gone through the roof and the guarantees/insurance are no longer valid with UPS it appears. Spent $400 shipping a high value piece with insurance on it, the box was broken in transit, have photographs showing pre-shipment and arrival at its destination, and two pieces were missing.They denied my insurance claim stating it was “incorrect or improper box or moving material”. REALLY!?! A brand new heavy duty ship and moving box is inappropriate material!?!?Needless to say, there will be a pretty negative claims department call occurring, I’ll dispute the charge on my card, and if necessary, file a formal compliant. Just absolutely ridiculous UPS. You are better than this!!!!

This is by far one of the best UPS stores I use. I have used them on slow days and high traffic days and they are always professional, friendly, and get things done as fast as possible. Judy always knows exactly how to deal with any unforseen issues and Jason is a real sweetheart. Jason is knowledgeable and vilgilant, he prevented me from leaving my phone is the store by mistake. When there is a choice I always use this UPS store and I recommend you do the same.

Great to have a local name brand store like The UPS Store #7098 especially nearby where I live. This is a brand new UPS Store with newly renovated design unlike other UPS Stores that are outdated. Staff is friendly and accommodating despite the growing pains. My observation, other customers are very rude to the staff and very demanding. I hope the staff can hang in there because there are people like me that appreciate your excellent caring service. Thank you for considering our Lincoln Center location and welcome to our friendly neighborhood despite a few bad apples....

I went to this UPS store on Redwood Rd. in Oakland today for the first time. The employees were poorly trained, made several errors and were extremely rude. I will never do business there again. This is a new store; if they treat other customers the way I was treated, they will not be successful. There was a GREAT independent mail center (Hills) in this shopping center who was forced to move by the owners who doubled their rent. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS TO COMMUNITIES WHEN CORPORATIONS FORCE THEM OUT AND REPLACE THEM WITH CORPORATE BUSINESS!
