Amazing. Too bad I found this place on my last day in Pennsylvania or I’d come here more time to try more of their really good food and sweets. They make everything in house and you can taste it.I got the breakfast sandwich on croissant. I got ham, bacon, cheese and another egg. Also I had the cherry turnover and a potato cake. Everything was really really good. The potato cake was deep fried and I have never had had one like this. I usually make my own and they are not as good as theirs. The cherry turnover was really good and a decent size. Two people could share one. The breakfast sandwich was greasy but so so good. The cheese was melted great, the ham was big slices, the bacon was great and the whole sandwich was wonderfully.Tracy was my server and she was very professional and friendly. Talked to multiple staff and they are all friendly and nice. It’s no wonder this place has really good reviews. The staff and food make this restaurant an special place to enjoy good food. Highly recommend.

I had the Virginia ham steak, with the salad bar. The salad bar was amazing. Delicious soups, rice pudding, cinnamon bread, cheese bread. Most of my entre went home!

The food is always top notch, and the service is always really great! The owners are wonderful people and they really care about the experience of the patrons. Even when theyre training new staff, they come around to make sure that all your needs are taken care of, personally. Thats great service.

We stopped in tonight and also last week. We chose Value Dinners that come with salad bar, soup, drink, and dessert. Not a problem that prices are a tiny bit higher than before a Global Pandemic!! Salad bar is well maintained, Very Clean and Refilled frequently. Waitresses are ALL Pros. Restrooms are Clean, too. We like the On-Site Owner presence. Keeps everything running Smoothly. Eagle Diner is a local institution and a destination for good food and great service.

Great diner! Very big, clean, awesome service, great atmosphere and amazing food. Large portions, served hot at really good prices. Large menu with so much to choose from for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Amazing salad bar and delicious soups. They have really good pancakes in a variety of flavors and good coffee served hot. Everyone from management to the cleaning employees including the other customers were all super friendly and kind. I cant wait to go back and try something else on their menu.

It was our first time there. Food was good. The restaurant was very clean. Wait staff was very nice and attentive,but was slow bringing the bill. The salad bar was good. Prices were a little high compared to other Local diners. They say the photos in the menu are of actual dishes, but the photos dont do the platters justice. If I picked from the photos, I would have gone home without eating. Please take those words off your menu. Your food is much better then your menu pictures. We will absolutely eat there again

Mine was a delivery order. Im pretty sure the piece of apple pie I received would not have been brought to a table. The rest of the order was okay.

Ordered two days prior for a small cater dish. arrived to pick up and received a confused look. They did fill it immediately, but did comment about issues about others informing others of such orders. They were polite, just in the future I know to call and reconfirm on morning of pickup. Their food is always good.

Mediocre average the steak fajitas my dinner partner had was excellent.My Greek salad feta cheese was almost Bulgarian. The spinach pie spanakopita was burned as in picture, service was good. Not on my return list except by necessity.

Amazing diner! Most diners are pretty mediocre when it comes to food quality, but this one is different. Ive been there twice already. Very generous portions and the salad/soup bar that comes with entrees is awesome. Yesterday I brought my wife and parents and everybody was very satisfied with their meal. One thing that I also really like is that they have pictures for a lot of their entrees, which makes it helpful to visualize the meal. The waiter was friendly and attentive.

The Eagle diner lives up to all the praise I have heard about it. The menu is extensive and the service was fantastic. We got a lot of great food at great prices and the diner was full at dinner time. We gladly waited for 20 minutes for a table.

Salad bar had a lot of variety and the fruit and vegetables were fresh. The macaroni and other mixed salads were good as they were not overly done in mayonnaise. Our waitress was not that friendly but she did a good job with the order of other persons at our table who did not order the salad bar only. The restroom was well-maintained.

Eagle Diner is one of the few places that has a nice salad and soup bar. You must, however, wear your mask and use the gloves they provide to take advantage of it. The matzoh balls in the soup were extremely light and fluffy...just delicious. I ordered the broiled salmon and it was done to perfection. The onion rings were good but could have used more seasonings in the coating. All in all, I and my friends had a great lunch with terrific service.

Ive been going to the Eagle Diner for thirty years. From coffee as a high schooler, dates in college, dinner with family, and my wife and children most recently. Its always been good food at a reasonable price. I hadnt been in a few years, but its been renovated since the last time I was there and looks great. Speedy service as well, but expect to wait to be seated for breakfast on weekends!

I come to this diner often with my girlfriend and with family. The food is always excellent and it’s clear the kitchen staff knows what they’re doing. The front of house staff does just as good a job. The waitstaff is always friendly and attentive. Overall it’s a very pleasant atmosphere and definitely one of my favorite places to eat.Something else to note especially with everything going on today is that the place is always CLEAN. Even pre COVID they always seemed to take health and safety seriously and that has definitely not changed.

Its a suburban diner. They serve everything you would expect. Service is quick and the coffee is hot. What more can you ask for.

The food and atmosphere are what you would expect from a diner. Nothing outrageously superb, but I come every month with some colleagues to eat and chat. The staff is very friendly, and if you become a regular, theyll be sure to know your name in time. The only real downside is that the menu is enormous, so much so youre liable to get lost in it. Figure out what you want before hand so you dont get tempted by everything else and enjoy!

One of my favorites for both breakfast and dinner. During the pandemic, the owners made a commitment to stay open and even had the self serve salad bar up and running.Overall, you can’t go wrong, especially if you like a salad bar, and several dinner specials every day.

The Managment is very present and assured a consistancy that make the customer very satisfied. You know what you will get, no surprises, good food at a good value. Excellent cleanliness standards. Yummy deserts!

The Eagle Diner is the best! They have great service and delicious food. I love it there because it’s super family oriented so it feels like family. And the deserts are top notch 🙂 my parents and I go quite often and always have a great experience!

We placed a take out order. The man on the phone was incredibly rude multiple times when we had questions about items on the poorly uploaded menu The restaurant refused to allow me to order a kids take out meal because:they cant confirm the meal is actually for a child. This is ridiculous for a business that claims to be so Covid conscious My child is 3 and too young to be vaccinated. The food took forever to be delivered even when they saw our car outside and we called to let them know we were there. Overall a terrible experience, I will never waste my money here again.

My Husband and I ate this diner on 09/22/2021 . On the board was Chicken Cacciatore and a Beef dish . I order the Chicken Cacciatore. My server brought out the Beef Dish. I cant eat this because of Health Issues . She took the Dish back and had Manger take it off my bill. When I complain to Management they denial the Beef and told me it was Chicken Cacciatore and made me look like a fool.. I do know the difference between Chicken and Beef.

Unlike our usual visits..our waitress was NOT on point..long wait for drinks, longer wait for food. And multiple mistakes on orders. This will not deter us from returning. Because other than this our visits have been nothing less then perfect

The food is great and we love coming here, BUT... they have dry crumbly pancakes (happened 3 times). So if I want better pancakes I need to go to Perkins down the street. This should be easily fixed though

Use to be really a good place to bring your family for breakfast or a quick meal. In the last several months it’s gone down hill.In response to the owner. Much better experience this time. I’ve now ordered food from here twice from DoorDash. Both times the food probably would have been good had it been warm, but it arrived ice cold after the time it was supposed to be here. Both times I watched the delivery person come right here on the map and I live 13 minutes away, so it’s not like the food was leaving the diner hot, it had clearly been sitting a long time at the restaurant. Considering the environment we are in it’s a shame this place can’t figure out how to get people warm food for delivery. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Eat the salad bar...Super. Fresh, many choices with soups and several types of breads. Some dinners come with desserts. Breakfast served all day. EXCELLENT.

Large party. Waitress knew she was guaranteed her tip, so she didnt care.She provided us with empty condiments so we switched them out with other tables. Anytime we tried to ask for me she would walk away.Took 20 minutes to ask us about drinks. Another 20 minutes to ask what we wanted to order. Then they forgot some of the food. Never asked anyone if they wanted a refill at any time. Never asked if we were finished she just dropped off the check and asked who was paying.The food was ok, but nothing worth going out of your way for. Ill avoid this place going forward.

This was our first time at the Eagle Diner even though weve lived in the area for years but it definitely wont be our last.It was easy and convenient to get to. Right next to the gas station at the corners of Street Rd and rt263.The food was very good and you get a lot for your money.I got a $15 jumbo shrimp and pasta special which came with a beautiful salad bar, cup of soup and choice of dessert that included a choice of beautiful pastries, pies and cakes.The staff was friendly and attentive. The host (one of the owners) was charming and polite especially when having to remind people of the covid policies. They do an excellent job making sure everyone is safe, happy and well fed!I could not recommend the Eagle Diner more highly. Please stop by and support this local treasure you wont be disappointed.

Soup/Salad bar is great. Hearty portions at a reasonable price. Cant go wrong with breakfast and sandwiches. Entrees are what you expect from a diner. Definitely my go to diner.

This is my second time coming to the Eagle diner since I moved into the area. The food is excellent and the service is excellent also. Will definitely return.

The salad bar items are delicious, great spot for fast friendly service. When you order coffee they bring a pitcher. Reasonably priced on the whole menu. Soups on salad bar are always A+.

Poor service, mediocre food. We waited 30 minutes for Burgers to be served. Asked for Apple Turnover and Strawberry Cheesecake for dessert, after 20 minutes and 3 waitresses, recieved Cherry Turnover and Cherry Cheesecake along with a slice of separated Lemon Meringue Pie and stale Cannoli Cake.

This is the ONLY PLACE that’s open 24/7 4 starters which is a big Plus➕ in my eyes! There food and staff is great and on point. The night Manager is an Absolute pleasure. He knows how to welcome you and really takes the time to make sure your enjoying everything while there. I highly recommend this place, n everything on there menu from breakfast to big entrees it’s all Delicious! They have a Bakery as well with Delicious Sweets!

Ordered pickup a week ago. I must say, in the past it wasnt my go to diner. But they are now. Food was great, prices reasonable and service, when I picked it up, was good. They have a large menu, and able to customize orders. I really appreciate their desert menu, their cheesecake was great. Overall, very well done. It is a great diner. I reccomend.

I come here once or twice a week.. The food is pretty good most of the time. Today they decided to send out burnt potatoes again. This has happened a few times. Today was worse though. Mostly all of it was burnt. Idk how the cook is ok with sending food out like that. Unless you like eating crunchy black stuff this was horrible. The people who work here are really nice. You do have to wait awhile to get your food. Theyre pretty slow with that. So of you want a quick meal I wouldnt recommend this place. Itd be nice if the waitresses checked on their tables more often also but if your not in a rush and have time to wait this is a good place.
