People are very helpful, BUT dont buy the hype. These pans are an absolute disappointment. Thought I was investing in a long lasting non stick or at least slightly non stick pan. Would have been better buying regular cast iron pans from a garage sale. See picture of hashbrowns completely destroyed. Sold mine on ebay and lost a lot of money.

I was so excited to finally decide to buy one of the most expensive cookware there is. At first Jeff, the store manager was helpful and all smiles. We spent over $500 on orange cast iron set. To our negative surprise these pots and pans are not suitable for our cooking style, therefore theyre useless to us. Ive only used two items. The food was burnt and ended up in garbage. I called Jeff to discuss a return and he was very resistant to budge. He said because its used he cant accept the return. Well what happened to 45 days of customer satisfaction? Were absolutely not happy with the purchase and are basically stuck. Id be interested in swaping to a nonstick cookware instead but after this experience I have low expectations.

The staff is great. Very helpful and patient with us while we argued over color selection. They answered questions, helped with product use, and didnt seem to mind if you bought or not. We love their product and their store!

Good selection with great price. The clerk (I think his name was Matt) was very kind to answer our questions, and very careful to make sure that we are taking flawless products.

Ive bought a lot here (my family more so), but I just had an experience, that should be the norm, however, it isnt. I wanted to return a stock pot. It was chipped. I walked in, and the sales associate asked me if I wanted to return it. I said no, I would like to exchange it. I showed her the chip. She said wow, what color would you like? She went and retrieved a new one. And thats it.They have good sales. Worth swinging by.

Great store with friendly employees who dont mind if you just come in and dream of buying the biggest Dutch oven in the store.

Got a present from my son, he bought us 4 different pieces in Minnesota outlet store on 10/31, he had it shipped to me, I got the box few days later and on the 11-9 my husband and I came to Kenosha store to exchange one of the pieces to a Dutch Oven. The piece I was exchanging was the same price as a Dutch Oven I was getting, I asked the manager of the store if he can make even exchange to which his answer was no, I can only give you today’s promotion, in which case I had to pay additional $45 out of pocket. I was very upset and asked manager if he can call corporate and see if they can do this for me, he said”NO” and I make decision here and I stand by my decision. So basically I don’t care to make you a satisfied customer. I payed my money and left, but I was going to upgrade one other piece to bigger size but changed my mind and decided I will not give him another penny.All I can say I will not return to this store and probably not buy their products ever again. There is a lot of companies who would like to make me a satisfied customer and I would rather support them!!!!Very poor choice for manager to make. Not only I would not come back, but I also ownmy own company and I will make sure to tell all my customers in conversation about my experience at Le Creuset.

Again another outlet that has zero connection to the regular stores. And ladies - just because it has a French name doesnt mean you automatically have to be rude! Want some Freedom Fries with that?
