My name is Kimberly Marlowe. I went into the store at Pleasant Prairie Outlet Mall to purchase a product that I love. I was not greeted at the door but was able to walk in and I found my product. Then an employee asked where my mask was and I respectfully said that I have a medical exemption that is clearly stated on the state mandate. She went to get a manager and then he told me that the store does not abide by the exemption. I asked if I could make my purchase and then leave, and was told I couldn’t. Bare Minerals, also known as Bare + Beauty in Pleasant Prairie is extremely wonderful! The workers politely greet you as soon as you walk and share new deals and sales they have. Great place!

Bought product this morning. Changed my mind I didnt want it, and tried to return tonight and was told it was store policy to only give store credit they refused to refund my purchase. Girl who helped this morning was rude and pushy I just wanted to shop somewhere else. Who ever heard you couldnt return a purchase! Will never shop there again
