Purchased battery on-line. I live 1 mile from the Racine Store. I tried selecting the Racine Store for the order. The order went to the Pleasant Prairie Store. At the Racine Store I was told I could not transfer the order to there. I had to physically go to the Pleasant Prairie Store to cancel my on-line order if I wanted to place the order locally.

Very quick; very helpful and courteous; I didnt realize that Batteries Plus repaired cell phones. I dropped my phone and the shattered screen was tolerable, only because I didnt realize that a replacement by Batteries Plus would be so easy. Im so glad I made that appointment

Good place for batteries + bulbs. They are kind of pricey. They have almost every kind. Power tool batteries are iffy but they can order pretty much anything. They also do key fob programming and cutting as long as they have the keys in stock, again they can order it if they dont have it.

I was greeted immediately and taken directly to what I was looking for. It was a heavy box of two large batteries and the associate also offered to carry it to my car, which was appreciated, but unnecessary.

This store has had an exceptional staff with excellent customer service for years.

The online ordering was quick and easy. Was able to just run in and grab the battery. I love the fact the battery is all set to go. Installed it into the motorcycle and it started right up.

TL:DR - After an initial problem with a battery replacement, the phone was repaired to like-new condition within a short amount of time and I also received $20 off the battery replacement for my hassles.Mgr John Sanchez took great care of me. During the battery replacement on 11/27 a small tear occurred in the ribbon cable, causing the cameras and flash/flashlight to no longer function. Didnt realize this until after I got home that evening, but my daughter noticed right away. This morning, I spoke to John on the phone and explained the situation. I brought the phone back to the store, where he promptly investigated and fixed the issue. On top of that, he gave me a $20 credit towards the initial battery replacement for my hassles, which was unexpected but a very nice gesture. Great store, knowledgeable associates. Ended up purchasing more than I came in for - they have led light bulbs for $1 and they had a really good sale on aa and aaa batteries.As an associate was helping me, I watched another employee go out to do a battery install in -20 degree weather. They don’t have a heated garage so I was surprised that they would stand outside and do this in that temperature. He was still out there as I left about 15-20 min later. I made a comment to the associate that I hope he at least gets a tip and the associate said usually not. I can’t believe people aren’t tipping these employees!!I’m just as surprised this company would allow their employees to work outside in weather like that. I would never allow my children to work there!

Detail oriented and good at finding solutions.I had to bring a battery in that was under warranty from a previous purchase and verify if it was defective. The staff at Pleasant Prairie discussed what would happen and verified that the warranty was valid. After charging the battery (or trying to) it was determined to be defective and a replacement was delivered promptly. I appreciate the store handling the issue quickly an communicating completely and I was able to verify that the vehicle was not problematic. I am very satisfied. Be prepared to spend hours trying to warranty a junk battery, even though you know its junk and their test says replace. Seriously why would I bring in a battery that was working? Until now I thought this place was great, quick polite and easy. In the last 12 months I bought 1 car battery 2 motorcycle 1 snowmobile and 1 lawn tractor. The lady apologised but if I cant ride my bike for a half a day or mow my grass. Ill definitely think twice before I buy another battery from them.

I have never had a problem at this location the staff is always nice. I have been recycling my used batteries here for years. I brought some in tonight 12/23. I was told I would have to pay to recycle them. I have never had to pay. They weight .99 of a pound, I was told they round up to a pound and charge per pound. I took my batteries and left. So disappointing.

Went for a battery change. I would not recommend. Had a screw back and the only reason I brought it in was because I dont have the right tool anymore. The guy COULD NOT figure it out. Was there for at least a half hour. He was very nice about it though. Had positive interactions going there prior.

I thought I had a dead battery in my phone; when I tried to turn it on, it would just flash repeatedly from the google logo screen to a black screen. The technicians at Batteries Plus Bulbs replaced the battery, but unfortunately I still had the same problem. I went back to them and they gave me a FULL refund. I was blown away. If I could give them 7/5 stars I would! Batteries Plus Bulbs will be recommended to friends/family members for sure.

Ive purchased from them several times. The people are friendly and helpful. Ordering a car battery online was a breeze. They had it charged and ready to go when I arrived less than an hour after the online order.

Would love to give a 10 because they are friendly and willing to help. However they are somewhat understaffed and Im not so sure that some of their batteries are worth buying. Made an appointment to have a battery replaced but had to wait about 15 minutes to see someone. They did have the replacement done in about an hour but that battery drained faster than the 2 1/2 year old battery that they replaced. Three days later they replaced the battery again. Manager again was very friendly and apologized. Had it done in 45 minutes. Now this battery is little better than the first replacement but is about the same as the phones original battery after 2 years of use. Must not be using a quality replacement battery. Very disappointed. $70 later and 4 trips to the store and Im pretty much in the same boat as I was before I started.

The battery was replaced in my Galaxy S7 in a timely manner. The shop is clean and I didnt have to wait around for attention when I walked in. The cost of the battery with installation was reasonable, too.

Awesome experience. Representative quickly dismantled 35 yo Ott Lite informing me some of damaged bulb still remains. Rapidly replaced it and on my way for under $5.00. Was expecting 4xs that cost for bulb alone.I left there very impressed.

Josh helped fix my boyfriends phone screen and was incredibly helpful and understanding while doing so. It was very late and he still helped us until the very end of his shift and even afterwards, with a great attitude too. I had a cracked camera glass on my phone. The store didnt have the piece but suggested I order it from Amazon.The piece was very inexpensive and I got it within a few days.I brought my phone and the piece back to the store. Daughters car battery died overnight. Checked on-line and my local Batteries Plus Bulbs had one in stock. Ordered (with 10% off) and picked it up 20 minutes later. Installation is easy with the included lift strap! Returned the old battery for a core credit and was done with the whole thing in 3 hours including driving time. Staff at my store are always friendly and easy to talk with. Battery was a perfect match.

Had to take my car fab back because the battery that they replaced in September 2018 was dead. At that time Im very sure that I purchased the life time replacement plan but was told they have no record of that BUT they were very willing for me to purchase another battery. Which there would be another additional charge to change the battery.I will never go back to this store or recommend this store. Batteries can be purchased at most stores without being lied to. That older person in there is very shifty.

I asked them to order a replacement battery for my phone, and they said no problem itll be one week. 10 days go by and no response. I call and ask whats up, and was told that it wasnt there yet and they would contact me when it was. Another week goes by and still nothing. I gave up and went somewhere else and am much happier. Wasting my time for two weeks is not okay. I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt and waiting for so long

Guy wouldn’t change our car battery claiming it was “too complicated” and that a parts would have to be taken out of the car to even get to the battery and told us to go to a shop. Husband was able to change the battery himself in 10 minutes without removing anything so clearly this employee was either lazy or an idiot.
