Horrendous. From tweedle dee and tweedle dumb in the store, to customer service, coverage, all of my experience with us cellular so far has been terrible. More so the coverage than anything. Slow speeds, spotty, drops important phone calls, delayed texts. Etc. I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy.Not even Joe Biden should use this company.

I drove up to US Cellular - Pleasant Prairie yesterday because my phone took a turn for the worst and needed to be replaced. The sales associate Chris helped me and was super helpful and made the experience as painless as possible when making a large purchase such as a new cell phone. He tried to revive my old phone as much as possible in order to back it up and transfer all the necessary information onto my new phone. Although unsuccessful he did everything he could to try and make it happen. But, my phone was on its last leg and wouldnt allow it despite all Chris best efforts. I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes even though they were fairly busy and dealing with social distancing as well. Thank you for all your hard work!

Went there yesterday and spent almost 2hrs there because I struggled at home to restore my stuff from iCloud and Matt the manager was so patient In helping me! I have never seen so much patience from someone at a phone store, every one was friendly from start to finish! What great service! Thank you US cellular
Taylor was knowledgeable about the File Systems Limit issue with my Samsung J3 phone. Took his time and walked me through how to fix if ever it hapoens again.
I stop in that store today,because I cantturn my phone off. Bixby stops me from doing it,she told me she forced stopped it 1. That a lie because you cant. 2. Before I left store tried to turn off my phone I still couldnt she then told me that I needed to hold down both buttons what???To turn the phone off!! Guess what Bixby still stopping it!!
The absolute worst. If you go to US Cellular in pleasent prairie avoid VANESSA shes worse then Donald Trump. Incompetent staff.

This is the only US Cellular store I will go to. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, particularly the one consultant that I prefer to deal with. However, this location is almost always super busy, so any visit I make has to be planned so I allow myself enough time to wait for a consultant.
