This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I ordered an industrial freezer from them that was damaged when it arrived. Almost 3 months later and countless were working on it and the freezer is still here and they wont pick it up. It also takes numerous emails and phone calls before you can get a hold of someone because their customer service dept. completely ignores you. I wish zero stars was an option.

Ordered Gondola Shelving In December 2020Supposed to arrive in 30 daysTold would arrive in March 2021No follow up for months and no status update.Called in October 2021 to find out the date showing March, 2022 now.Ordered from Uline yesterday and had the shelves arrive next day.

Easily the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I contacted Global Industrial 6 different times through different avenues to try and claim a warranty on something they sold, but they still wouldnt help. All of my contacts with them ended with them just not responding to me anymore. A terrible company if you ask me.

Very poor customer service would be an understatement! Purchased an industrial humidifier and it stopped working after 3 months. We purchased the extended warranty plan and they wont even give us a response on our warranty claim with continued follow-up calls every week... stated their Technical Review team is very back logged with requests

Wast of time. Lied to me that they have something in stock that i wanted. Ordered paid for it get an email that i wont have it for another 1 month. SO i canceled the order. After that i ordered again because they said they have it in stock and they can ship it right away and i will have it in 3-4 days. Well again i paid in full and again 2 days later i get an email that it will be 1 more month until i get it Really ? again i was lied to? Well This is why i am leaving this bad review they lie to their customers they have it in stock but they dont. They take your money than order it so customer has to wait 1 month to get anything. BAD Business

I ordered 8 plastic shipping containers (totes) on the Global Industrial website to replace many cheap store bought ones that simply didnt hold up. The order was placed yesterday afternoon and before noon today, they arrived at my front door. All of them were in perfect condition. Kudos to them for the extremely fast service and great price.

We have ordered two items from this company, a work station and some utility carts. Both products were really poor quality. The work station was missing parts and the utility carts were not level and just poorly designed/constructed. The pricing was good, but you get what you pay for. If you need something quick and cheap its ok, but if you want quality look elsewhere.

I donr work there so I dont know!.?

This company sucks! I placed an order for about $500. I had to chase them every other day for a week to get an update. Apparently hey sold me goods they did not have in stock. Dont waste any time with these amateurs. All their money goes to advertising and marketing. None goes to customer service and product delivery!

Horrid experience with this company. I ordered office partitions and found that both were damaged by the carrier. I had a terrible time trying to access anyone from Global to contact to create a return on the partitions to take them back. When I finally did hear back, they said they could not come pick up the damaged partitions right away and could take up to 120 days to process that claim. Although they agreed to do a refund, they still sent us an invoice for the amount and also sent us replacement partitions that we did not want or ask for, then charging us for that bill as well. Definitely not happy about their lack of customer service and poor quality of professionalism as a company from what Ive experienced. Will by no means use Global again.

Customer service is sorely lacking. Bought a pallet jack the beginning of August, the handle broke in early December, and we are still waiting to see what they are going to do about it.

If I could give no stars I would. Item came damaged. I asked for a new one to be sent, they told me to call back and then they sent refund without notifying me. Every phone call to customer service took forever and they did not seem to care at all if I remained a customer. Never again will I order from this company . What bad business.

BEWARE, if you buy the item and its wrong because they have an incompetent description on a item, and have to return the item because its their fault, dont expect a refund for months or if ever. They still owe me $1700, and they keep telling me if I get a credit memo then I can see a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Its been a month and no hope. Please dont buy from this company!

GE POWER & WATER is in the same lot but, THEY DONT HAVE A SIGN.GE is doors 21 to 25 ONLY and they are by APPOINTMENT ONLY.They open at 7:00 am, SECOND SHIFT that is there until 11:30 pm central time.
