I wish there is zero star!!! Read your return policy people!!! If you decided to try a watch and you are not sure, DO NOT BUY!!! I got sucked into trying one of their smart watches and of course youll have to charge it and try it with your activity or sports and in my case is running and cycling!!! I found out the battery lasted only less than 24 hours decided to return it and NOPE, Fossil wont take it back!!! Once it is worn or used, they will not take it back!!! How will you knownits performance without wearing and trying it???!!! Poor reading on my end but good selling tactic on their end!!! Not going back at Fossil forever!!!

Rhesana and Jan were two awesome lady who gave myself and my husband Great Customer Service. Theses two ladies were very knowledgeable of our watches. I love that they were both very patient with me and my husband while buying several watches. Keep up the Great work Ladies….

Its a nice store and the bags and purses are very lovely! I got myself a nice light blue crossbody bag big enough to hold my things, my husbands and sons things- the family purse that I get to carry. Prices are reasonable and the staff was very friendly. I recommend going.

What an amazing experience. The prices were great. Our sales person was awesome. We purchased a watch and wallets as gifts. The sales person went over all the warrenty information. She even look up out state stores because one of the gifts resides out of state. She told to get all service on the watch at a Fossil Store. They adjust the band for free and only charge $10.00 to replace the battery.

Good sunglasses options, everything else depends of taste but not to many items to choose from 🙂

Its a bad store online closing hour is 8:00 pm friday and 9:00 pm saterday but they closed very early i went yesterday and today at 6:40 it was close i also called them they didn’t pick up the phone i went to buy 5 watches, they should change the timing online and respect the customer time.

I had a question about a Fossil watch battery and the woman who answered wouldnt answer me and she try to get me to come to the store little did she know I was 300 miles from her. I figured it out and got my battery at Walmart

Hopefully I can get you an updated review, but so far Fossil is striking out at the plate. It is Sunday morning, drove 45 minutes north from Chicago and they were supposed to open at 10am. Its now 10:45am and the store is dark. Everything online says they are open...

Worst Sales team. Though it was black firday, the store was not busy. And this great sales team messed up with my order. Though my order was big one. Hope the franchise/owner ensures, that these team are fired, so that they do not loose this stores reputation.

Google does not allow us to leave a negative rating. if it were to allow, I would leave a Negative rating. Very specially for Rhesana and her 3 colleagues.

I have always loved Fossil stores. But this store sales team was the worst and reckless one. They messed up with my order. They were rude and non-apologetic after messing up with my order. Dear Friends, please be careful, with this stores sales team.

Day 1) Prices were good and some staffs are helpful. However, the manager is such a poor example. She was telling all the staffs to do work (staff already assisting other customers) while she played her phone, even when a customer asked to be check out. We noticed her lack of manners, responsibility, and professionalism. We did purchase 4 watch with our good sales rep.Day 2) We went back to have 2 watches adjusted. Same manager was there, along with 2 staffs. One staff greeted us. We then told all the staffs that we are here to adjust our watches. There was no response. Then the manager asked us again what we came for. Finally the manager came over to start the adjustment. She was eating pringles and did not wash her hands before handling the watches. Once she finished, she said okay its done, bye now. We felt unimportant and rushed.

Rhesana was so helpful and an amazing sales person. I will be returning again for my christmas shopping.

This outlet store has some offer running all through the year. Either 50% off or 70% off during holiday sale season. They do maintain good collection of watches and rotate them too. Dont miss to visit during holiday sale.

Fossil is a fantastic brand with value and beauty. The team at this location does not disappoint. I have several Fossil watches, so I rather go to the experts than go to someone close to home. The last time I went in was for a replacement battery for my dress watch and I was in and out in glass than 5 minutes. The time before that I had to wait for a battery for a different watch and they told me no charge for the wait. In addition, they were able to fix the backlight, that I was told by two different jewelers, couldnt be fixed. These folks are pros, and you should check them out.

Charming staff, clean store with beautifully displayed products. I enjoyed to no pressure sales help while selecting a watch. Very welcoming environment with great prices for quality.

Very unsatisfying. Will not be sending my watch back to you guys to fix because it will be my third/forth time sending it and I dont have the patience anymore. Also due to fact that my watch that was sent back to me was in more damage than before. First or was just the hands that wasnt working.  Now its the syncing and I cant even get my battery out because its so tight to loosen now. Before I know I bought a battery for it and it opened and close just fine. So in all, customer satisfaction completely failed.  I Will never buy any more fossil watches because of this and will let others know of my experience. Thanks for your time and bye

Wonderful, friendly staff. Quality products of good design. But nothing I was looking for at the time. Nice store.

The customer service rep was just so reckless. I asked her to show a watch and she took it out without even giving me any greetings. She placed it on the table top almost with a bang. Its not that I have been there asking her to show all the watches but her attitude was so rude. If it wasnt for my friend who actually liked the watch and hence we had to buy it, I would never ever go there a second time. I have also attached a Pic to show that I have actually purchased it that day and the customer rep is Sarah.

The sales person Sarah was rude and reckless who does not even know how to treat the customer well. I would have given 5 star if it was a different sales person.

So Alyssa is the name of the lady who helped meIf you can call it help.went in there Tuesday night just after 6om looking to buy gifts for Xmas. She was hesitant to help looked as if she was on her phone. Then she was rude and condescending when I asked questions about the the different styles. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

Good stock and pricing too. But I was unable to find she spare leather strap as they had no stock. :-(

Most outlet stores are hype, but I ended up getting a good deal and a good warranty. Ill be back.
