Nice place

Lot rent is too high and every year it continues to increase. With all the money coming in, management doesnt seem to care about fixing the place up. For example, a large amount of trees in the park were dead and had taken awhile to be removed. Lower management is hard to get ahold of and only seems to communicate through occasional text messages. It is clear that the owner does not care about the community and only wants your money. If you or a loved one are looking for an affordable place, especially to retire, you will not find it here.

This place used to be nice but it has really gone downhill.They raise the lot rent every year but we dont see that extra money being used for any improvements around here. They dont clean the snow very well or spread salt in the winter. They do property inspections and there are some who dont cut their grass and have weeds up to the roof, broken blinds, kiddie pools, fire pits, boats, campers and other stuff thats not allowed but management doesnt care. People walk their dogs and let them poop in others yards and they dont pick it up. Kids around here are always screaming and riding dirt bikes all over the neighborhood and cars are being egged. People dont stop at stop signs, they drive fast down the streets and blast their music late at night. If I could afford to move I sure would. I hate it here. If youre thinking of moving here to one of their new homes...DONT! Its not worth it. Management does not care about the residents they only care about your money.

Nice looking park

We visited this mobile home park to potentially purchase a home, and my god the staff was so unprofessional. I understand this is “affordable” housing, but honestly if I walk into a used car dealership to spend 5 grand, they treat people a lot better than someone you’re expecting to pay 60-100 thousand for a home, plus a recurring 800 monthly.We had an appointment set up weeks in advance to views homes for sale. Since we were TRAVELING HERE. Never once was it mentioned that some are owner occupied (nor did they show us any ahead of time to have us let them know what our interests were) they shoved a paper in front of us upon arrival, and told us to pick the ones we want to see. All were owner occupied and require another appointment. Seems to me, they should’ve sent this list ahead of time and specify that. Christine and the other office girl were very unprofessional and were chatting about smoking while we were filling out their paperwork, no pleasantries, just miserably rude people who I would never want to deal with again.

Beautiful manufactured homes. We are thinking of downsizing and this seems to be the perfect location for us.

They charge an astronomical amount of lot rent for the amount of restrictions they put on your every day life. The place is a straight dump to top it off with crack heads in every other trailor

Although love living here, but rent goes up every year by 25.00. I thought I would retire here, but the way rent increases like it does it will be impossible when that time comes as a single woman. It used to be stricked, but lately Ive noticed them letting any trash move in and trash the nice peaceful living area. Staff is rude, never answers phone, and always seemed bothered when question asked. Ive had several people apply, pay app fee, and staff never gives them a call to say yea or nae! Happened to me but I was aggressive to get my answer. If you have a dog 15.00 fee per month, not sure for what since you are in charge to cleaning up after your pet? Would like to know what they do with thousands of $ they collect per month for dogs???

Nothing but trailer trash here

High lot rent with little to nothing to show for it when you are being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars a month and cant repair the roads in the park its a little crazy. on top of that they are pretty rediculous about what you can do with your property i won my trailer and they still want 25 dollars a month if i want a dog in my house. there has been toilet paper in a tree since last summer and they still have not cleaned it up they dont salt the roads in winter and the plow guy comea after midnight blasting music and doing a terrible job of plowing. this place is basically run like a personal cash cow that the owners take from and gove verry little to they raise rent every 6 to 12 months without fail and even though it says they pay water and sewer you will pay atleast 40 dollars a month for...water and sewer. tenants have no rights and they have no responsibility. i moved out as soon as i possible could and will never go back zero stars from me

Just came here for a few garage sales. They were ok.

Nice neighborhood

Grounds are generally clean but lot lease payment is absurd as is the stance of management that all the dead trees are up to owners to maintain. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Streets in disrepair, stop signs that are placed at probably waist level, and a move towards rental units. Its a recipe for disaster!

Terrible landlords and they raise the rent by like $50 every year. HORRIBLE place to live.
