I used to love the outlet mall as a kid. I still like the concept of walking outside get to each store but it seems like the prices have gone up for outlet value products. We have been shopping several times where we end up leaving without buying anything because we cant find what were interested in at a fair price. Regardless, we still enjoy the atmosphere and have fun looking.
Great stores. Previously, my one complaint was that they didn’t have a Vera Bradley store. But, alas, now they do. So happy. The best time to go is on a week day to avoid the crowds but great place to shop any day!! So happy these stores are close by.
Toddler selection needs some more selections. But over all, prices are good! Great customer service!
The selections are decent but it is very difficult to find parking. Not worth the wait

A variety of stores and and very inviting atmosphere. Plenty of spaces for parking and expect many deals. Now I know this review seems all over the place but I wanted to describe my experience in as little words as possible. Thank you, you’ll enjoy yourself.
So many stores- I was almost overwhelmed with the amount of shopping I could do here. It’s a little hole in the wall outlet mall filled with goodies. I definitely spent a few hundred dollars today, but it was all worth it. If it’s a nice day, I could spend a whole day here. Truly one of the best outlet malls around, I will be returning!
Premium outlets has top quality merchandise in every store, if you can’t find it there, they don’t make it.

A nice variety of stores. Great place to just kind of roam around and have a nice family day.Normally VERY CROWDED, be prepared to keep an eye on EVERYONE. Some drivers have forgotten how to drive there, and pedestrians DONT care about the cars.
Nice outlet malls, most are open for business. Most do not require masks but some higher end stores still require masks. Plenty of parking but you may have a little walk.
Lot of small shops to browse through and great fashion to choose from.
As a guy who wares 4x, the outlet had nothing for me. I think I will just have to come back when I lose weight.

First time back in 2 years. Grounds were in need of repair. Public bathrooms were horrible. Smelled like people were peeing on the floor and walls. Stores were not very well stocked. It was literally a waste of time. I would pass on this location.
Just across the border in Wisconsin this is one of my favorite malls! They have from Nike, Adidas, Pandora, and Tory Burch just to name a few. Love, love, love this place and I dont have to break the bank doing it.
Long wait and overpriced without showing some good pieces in colection. Personally believe its much waaaaay better to order online 😊

The stores that are left are great such as Coach, Old Navy, loft black and white but so many store fronts are empty. Miss a couple stores that are no longer there but a nice place to walk store to store.
We love coming down to Pleasant Prairie Outlets. I enjoy shopping here and the deals are worth the trip.

I live on the west coast and found a jacket that I fell in love with, the problem was the store and the entire state did not have the jacket in the size I needed. I called 8 different people before speaking with Edith and they all said the same thing “there is nothing we can do”, this included other stores and there customer service. It wasn’t until I explained the situation to Edith that she informed me there is another way and made it happen. I had a tracking sent to me within an hour of when the jacket would arrive to the store nearest me. I love this jacket and she literally made it possible! Thank you just isn’t enough!

Theres always sales going on which makes the value even better, and lets face it, who doesnt want to stretch their dollar. Invariably you will find something you werent thinking about as youre driving through the mall. It just adds much more value to the trip, because you can find everything in one spot. It puts the Tanger malls to shame that you see all through the South. Hopefully all of the videos and pictures I posted will give you just a smidgen of the flavor this mall has. I have been to a lot of outlet store in my life. The stores I went to are not cheap. I can get shoes cheaper on Amazon or at Meijer. Maybe some of the other places are cheaper but not Famous Footwear, Lane Bryant, or Skechers.

I specifically came for the Nike Outlet. Store was messy. Shelves disheveled with the wrong shoes in the wrong places. Prices used to be a lot better back in the day. Disappointed long drive from Milwaukee.

Parking and existing can be a hassle. Not that many executive deal as one might think . The real sales comes with the tax rate. Long lines especially with major chain stores like nike, vans, Adidas and more. Not really worth the trip save your gas and purchase items online!

Did some shopping at tory burch. All the ladys did was watch in follow me around the store. Im like sheesh all I want is a few purses and a couple pairs of flip flops .
Went to the Converse store and the employees were helpful and friendly. The store had a wide selection of all sizes. I got two pairs of shoes for under 50. SCORE!
Where are the deals? It felt like prices werent as awesome as compared to previous trips. The place was clean, COVID protocols were in place. The Subway restaurant in the food court was good. Bathrooms were clean.

Good selection of stores but a poor layout and lot design
Love the outlets but with restrictions of covid limiting how many people are in the store it sucked. Will not shop any where that has a line. Or that I have to wait outside in the cold but good outlet stores.
This is a great outlet to visit. Most of the stores are open and the prices are pretty good.

Prices are higher than the regular stores carrying the same. Haggar Outlet was not helpful. I felt like I was disturbing the two female clerks. Prices were good here, but wait.. I couldnt buy anything. You werent allowed to try anything on and all sales were final. No thanks, even a $6 sweater I didnt take a chance on. I mean if you buy it, dont like its fit on you... your out your $ and what do you do with it?
Update 9/4/2021...Outlet Restaurants are open. Pizza, Panda Express like restautant, Subway, Philly, Stromboli.This is very cool shopping place for the family. Variety of stores, and lot of stores. Got a good court with variety of foods. Got Starbucks. Ghirardelli, Guess, Calvin Klein, Addidas, Nike, Under Armour, Coach, North Face, columbia, Osh Kosh, old navy, Gap, American Eagel Levis, Lots of parking place, near bybgas stn, Mc D. Did not see any kids play area. Got restrooms. Its funnn Shopping

Not a designer outlet, but the plaza has so many stores to do brand name shopping, at reasonable prices. Friendly environment and great customer service. Left an item and contacted AT. Manager checked my receipt and mailed the item, then contacted me via email to make sure I received it. Only 4 stars because some stores had limited inventory to choose from.
