I used to like coming here. Lately I have been met with bad service and the store is dirty while the employees are standing there talking and 50% of the time another out front smoking pretending to pick up trash.Today, felt very disrespected. Lady in a black shirt, I think it said Vera on the shirt, just looked at me while I was trying to check out. Did not great me(or anyone else) gave me my total, but yet I needed more things, when I asked it for other things I needed it seemed like I was inconveniencing her and the other 2 ladies behind the counter. I will tell my drivers for my company to buy fuel and supplies elsewhere.

Sliding doors at the entrance allow guests to avoid touching handles. Thats a big plus. The mens restroom also featured a handless handle and it was clean inside. Double plus. For these simple reasons I leave this gas station 5 stars because everything else is standard to gas stations except these oft overlooked features. Thank you GATE GAS Station for valuing sanitation and hygiene.

Was a lovely store until I asked if I could use their bathroom and was given permission to and Ofr Lori McCampbell banned from the store along with a bearded officer in the middle of the night for no reason. I didnt know you could be banned for life with no warning for using a bathroom with permission but that is the type of place it is. Then again there was no police report written and no time or date for it .

08.26.90 Sign says Mask Required. Neither of the two girls at the register wears mask. Neither looks happy to be there.Clean inside. Newer gas station.

Neither of the two women working inside at the cash registers were wearing masks this afternoon (8-1-20). I realize it’s more convenient and comfortable without one, but several members of my family are at high risk of severe consequences if they get covid-19, as are so many others! I’m sorry that the staff here aren’t concerned enough about their own health or that of other people to put up with the inconvenience.

I got gas from the gas station and a hotdog. When I ate the hot dog my belly did not fell good. Do not buy the hotdog .

Posted sign doesnt say must use Gates Card, lower price sign says Cash, card, debit paid cash, started to pump, saw higher price, went in. Im told must have Gates card to get lower price, wanted to stop pumping & get refund, but refused, told no refunds after you start pumping. I say bait & switch, they laugh & say I should have asked.

A quick Saturday morning stop at the Gate Petroleum in Pooler, Georgia, just to find that several of the coffee dispensers were empty. I wanted premium coffee - out. I moved on the French Vanilla - out. I ended up drinking regular coffee - a 24 ounce cup at $1.69. No excuse for an empty coffee dispenser at 8:44 a.m.2 Hills Spring water - on sale for $2.50; 1 Tic Tac gum - on sale for .99; 2 candy bars - on sale for $2.22. No issue with being charged the correct sale prices.Clerk wasnt very friendly. When questioned about the coffee, she indicated that they always run out. Thats no excuse - youre running a convenience store. You should always have fresh coffee - especially early in the morning.Plenty of parking and gas pumps. My car broke down and this lady came out with an attitude telling me I needed to move it somewhere else (it had gas coming out of the bottom of the engine still no idea what’s wrong with it) I recently had heart surgery and I can’t push a 4000 lb car somewhere else. So then she proceeded to call the cops. Before the cops even came I had already moved it to another lot at the detriment of my engine. No clue why she would call the cops when I was on the phone getting a tow truck and not doing any harm to anything. Of course they have to put oil dry down to clean up the gas but that happens at gas stations and it’s a minor inconvenience. Also she said something about I’d have to pay to have it cleaned up. What a jerk. She just wanted some excitement in her life and probably would’ve made up an assault story if I was there when the cops got there.

Friendly staff, clean restrooms and fair fuel prices. Every travelers dreams come true

This Gate station has an unfair practice against the public. If you pay cash here you will get charged 5 cents more per gallon then what is advertised on sign. Big RIP off.

I was in Georgia not too ago and visited this gas station....the gas prices were cheap..the staff was nice and it had pretty much everything you needed in here...

BEWARE INTERSTATE TRAVELERS: This gas station post one price for their gas however you will get charged a higher gas price once you pump. I paid 40.00 in cash for gas that was advertised for 268.9 however once I started pumping I noticed I was being charged 273.9. I believe they try to lure you off the INTERSTATE to just get your money. BEWARE. I would go to the next station and not stop here.

Very friendly staff and clean restrooms. Fuel prices are average if not a little lower than surrounding stores.
