I have been a landing customer for a number of years at this location now. Initially when I started using them as my window supplier I had one sales person that I ordered all my windows though who was professional and understood the business and was very knowledgeable about their products and easy to talk to. About a 2 years ago he left and since then every sales person that I have dealt with has been very difficult to talk to, NOT knowledgeable about the products, and not very polite on the phone. It’s very frustrating and I am considering using a different supplier in the future.

Very rude. Inconsiderate employees. One of the employees name is Jason. He is extremely racist and highly disrespectful! The managers are the same exact way. I do NOT on any circumstance recommend these unprofessional people to provide services for anybody.
