I ordered $600+ of wallpaper from the Port Chester location. I chose to spend my money at a local business vs. buying online, and I guess I learned my lesson since their customer service has been so bad and I believe they are even screening and not answering my calls as I’ve been trying to resolve an issue over $200 dollars for 3 months!I have been trying to return, for either a refund or credit, one leftover roll of wallpaper since late July. I had one complete roll of wallpaper left over from my project. Within 30 days of my order I called the store to say that i wanted to return a roll of the paper, they told me the process and how much i would receive and to just stop by, no mention of time limitation.When I called back again to check the store hours for the return I was then told that scheduling a pick up would be a better way to handle the return vs going in store and I would receive a call back to arrange the pick up.A week passed and i didnt receive a call, so i called the design studio back, i was then told that now i was out of the 30 day window (by 3 days) and i had to deal with the supplier directly. I was given the number and called the supplier. The supplier said no problem to a return or credit, but needed the account # which i didn’t have.I called back the Portchester location, spoke with Ivana who said shed call me back. I didnt hear back a week later, so i left a voicemail.I got an email two weeks later, 2.5 months after my initial reachout to get this one roll of wallpaper returned which said :I spoke to my manager, and although Kravet is saying they will take the wallpaper back, it is our policy that we dont accept returns on any wallpaper after 30 days. It states that on the back of your receipt.Im sorry.This is unacceptable customer service. Its taken 75 days, and weekly calls to get this answer which is different from what i was told two months ago.I wrote to their customer service email before writing this review and have called every week hoping to talk to an actual persion but believe they are screening and not answering my calls, which is bonkers for a business to do to a new customer who has been nothing but polite and tried to work this out.Their dealings in this matter have been extremely shady. And I do not recommend their design studio at all

These guys are the greatest, went in today after going to Sherman Williams, because thats where the customer believed they got the paint from, and had no Idea what color they had on their house, and the guys helped figure it all out and they where super busy at the time, nobody had an attitude, nobody was annoyed and everyone was very helpful. If your close to this place and need Benjamin Moore paint go here, dont waist your time going any place else. Also not Im not throwing shade at Sherman Williams, they helped out as best as they could, but I needed that Beni.

I went on Thursday the 7th at 10 am, the individual working at the counter was very disrespectful and rude when I was purchasing the paint with him. I didn’t understand the gentleman question and he got very irritated and spoke very nasty to me upon answering his questions.

I brought a piece of my siding down to Robert at Wallauers. He matched it perfectly and in no time!!! I couldn’t be happier. Great customer service. I highly recommend

I received excellent service from the employee that mixed the paint samples I purchased.

I went there yesterday to buy paint, the guys working there are screaming to the costumer that that have to wear gloves, or they have to buy thenm, I understand that they are trying to be safe but you don’t have to scream to anyone.

Abel and Robert are the most professional guys I ever seen, they give their friend ship and all the world kindness, although they are the best on matching your paint, if they some they leave for any reason we might thing on moving, but I know no body is going to match or give the best service like they do, best wish to this guys.

Recently bought a custom shade but have been buying all my painting supplies there for years. Whether youre a professional or a first timer the staff will take the time to make sure you get it right. Highly recommend

I Bought $500 worth of paint for a painter painting my house. I went to Wallauer of Portchester. They mixed 1 of the 5 Gallon paint the wrong color and mislabeled it on the side of the bucket my painter opened because of the mislabeled bucket. I went in to the store dealing with Gim and was told sorry we already mixed it so nothing we can do even though it was Linen white one of the most popular colors and could be used again. The bottom line is they would not work with me at all and where Rude and tough luck. I use Benjamin Moore paint but will never go to a Wallauer again and would not recommend anyone go to this store and deal with Gim especially. If I could rate them a Zero I would.Tom Mooney
