Went today 2/27/21 to buy another light right before closing. Steven provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain instructions and help me with my purchase and also helped me load the giant box in my car.. service is great definitely my go to for garden equipment! This is definitely a spot to check out! Very happy with my purchase!

I just got off the phone with your rep BRANDON at your Rocklin location . He’s the rudest customer service rep I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with . I called to get a price on the harvest right pharmaceutical grade medium freeze drier with premium pump . He put me on hold for 11 minutes on my first call and never came back . On my second call he said he doesn’t stock the harvest right and I must be looking at the wrong store online . When I informed that I was looking specifically at items notated for the Rocklin location he then decided to attempt to do his job . He quoted me a price of 2995 for the medium . When I asked that’s the price with the premium pump he said he doesn’t know . That’s just the price, I then informed that the website says it’s 2875 but comes with standard pump . I informed that the purpose for my call was to determine the price with premium pump . He said he can’t get me a price because everything is closed . Anything to get me off the phone and Not assist me with my inquiry . I then informed that he could be proactive and derive my contact information to call me once he determines the accurate price with upgrades . He scoffed and made a rude declaration then asked for my info . I asked for his name and ended the discussion . Is this the level of service o should expect from your business or is Brandon simply an enigma to say the least ? Perfect employee to dissuade customers from spending 5k with you .

Called and checked on a specific product, after them confirming they had it and me telling them ok I am on my way to get them, upon arrival was told they are doing inventory at noon on a Friday and will be Sunday before I can purchase, didnt care and extremely unprofessional this seems to be the norm these days with these companies that buy others out.

3rd attempt to shop here and once again left without being able to purchase anything. Spent 20+ minutes just trying to get an employee to make eye contact but apparently personal conversations and cell phone screens are more important. Ive been to this store three times because its close to where I live, yet Ive never had the chance to say a single world to anyone who works here. Im sure if you need one specific thing, they have what you need but I get the impression that this store is here so you can look like youre wealthy while shopping for hydro gear. Never coming back if I can help it.

Most grow stores pride themselves on customer service. This one doesnt. These guys are too cool for the people handing them cash.

Staff is great still but now it growgneration and not grow biz the price of everything has almost doubled. Definitely not worth the drive anymore. Its really sad

The workers will do there best to get you what you need at a good price. Things changed but they do there best to take care of you since new ownership n prices etc. The workers have always looked out for the grower and the community. I will continue to give them my business because everyone has an off day or bad day or just one of those days so i understand completely. We all miss the original store growbiz but im sure the workers here will do there best to make it feel still like home. Everyone is trying to adjust so Ill be a loyal customer to support the new store and workers and im sure theyll do the same for me! Happy growing! *peace&love*

This place has it all. Including outstanding customer service. Dante helped me purchase a very expensive light for my new workshop. He knew every answer to all of my rookie questions. He was polite, available, and attentive to my needs. In the end the light didnt work for me and I was able to return the item with absolutely no questions asked! Now that is hassle free! Wonderful job! I wont go anywhere else for soil or lights or anything else that they carry.

Ive gone into their Rocklin location and these guys are great. Very competitive on price and its nice to walk into a place that can offer you a wide variety of systems and solutions for your grow. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable which makes it easy to find what youre looking for and feel confident you make the right choice.Ive also spoken on the phone with their staff down in the San Luis Obispo location and those guys are great, too. They went out of their way to get answers for me and it was great to work with someone who will go the extra mile. Highly recommend.

GrowBiz is awesome. Amazing selection of gardening products, carrying items I need for my unconventional gardening systems that no other local retailer carries. The prices are very competitive, and the floor and sales people are helpful and friendly. Its also a good place to go if you want to grow weed.

Things are pricey compared to online but its what youd expect from a specialty storefront. (Pssst, show your face enough and theyll start kicking in a regulars discount.)

Growbiz started out as a really great grow store offering good prices. We have been patrons for 2 years driving miles out of our way passing several grow stores. However, their business model is changing and they are becoming more stingy. They previously had offered price matching guarantee, however, we recently had them turn down matching Amazon because they claimed it was a bad business to take a small loss... Despite their price matching policy.We spent thousands in our first year of business with them. Their true loss is the our patronage to their business. This kind of customer service is not worth an extended drive.Additionally, do not go to their staff for advice, they are commission based. Research will save you lots.We have found many great alternative nutrient lines they do not stock that have reduced our workload (mixing nutrient) and saving us money. Paying for water based nutrient quickly became a poor investment.I will not recommend anyone their direction from here on out.Audios growbiz.

Decent place to find nutrients and soil products. Not a huge fan of the pricing. Some is reasonable some is overpriced. I only go there when I am looking for something specialty that I cant wait for from Amazon.

This place mostly always has what I need in stock. They have good prices, the staff is nice and knowledgeable and the major bonus is the bathrooms are very clean.

Great people! NO LONGER TRUE. I went last night around 6:20pm was hoping to get pricing on 12000$ + and was ment with a attitude, this guy with his drooping gauges wanted to focus on closing and he made that clear. He told me 12k is nothing and most my questions were answered with a stupid look and a shrug of his shoulders. Very unprofessional and rude. I left that shop and spent $12766.14 at a different store.
