Amazing!!! No coffee place can compare to Mayorga Organics. The atmosphere is so inviting, the smell of fresh coffee being ground is extremely satisfying. The customer service and knowledge of product is unmatched! The tour of the factory was really cool. Will forever have my service. Will be bringing more family and friends!

What can I say but best coffee and best people. I’m a regular visitor (2-3 times a week) for over a year now. My wife and I enjoy the cappuccinos and Cortados.I tell everyone I know about Mayorga coffee so they can taste the greatness. We even bring the kids here once a while (not to drink coffee) Thank you Mayorga family!!

Fantastic local coffee brewery and integrated shop!

What a cool place! We already knew we liked their coffee and werent expecting to find their roasting facility in Rockville! They have a coffee bar inside and will serve you any of their roasts. The staff is super friendly and very nice. You can buy beans roasted in many different varieties that the ones you find in store.

The BEST, shade grown, organic...it has it all. I continually try new products that support the earth and my love of coffee and this is absolutely my number one choice. Creamy, a hint of chocolate - Im going to make myself a cup right now!!

Tasty coffee, knowledgeable baristas that dont make you feel small when explaining the options they offer. You can buy bags of whole beans or they will grind and then reheatseal the bags for you. They will also help you put together a gift and ship for you.

Great tasting coffee. I stop in before work and grab a bag of beans, which they offer to grind for your if you do not have a grinder at home. I also enjoy driving to work on days they are roasting, the air fills with the smell of roasted coffee beans. They also have a coffee shop to grab a cup of coffee, cold brew, latte, etc... I am slowly trying all of their roasts.

Delightful smells and delicious drinks

I ordered beans after 5pm on Tuesday of Thanksgiving week, with the full expectation that, as stated on the website, the beans wouldnt ship nor arrive until 1st week of December. That would have been fine, BUT, my beans were on my doorstep this morning (Friday after Thanksgiving). The customer service exceeded my expectation, (although not necessary), and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the depth of flavor of the coffee. Sooo much better than anything Ive found elsewhere! Thanks, Mayorga!!!

Super genuine coffee digs in an unexpected location with friendly and knowledgeable employees of their craft. Its not your typical bustling coffee cafe with dessertesque coffees and snacks, but thats what I like about it. If youre seeking more of the artisinal black manual brew method out of a mug, this hidden gem is for you. They roast in-house and also offer recurring tours of their roastery over weekends.

Excellent coffee and and an even more admirable corporate focus. I buy this coffee at Costco, as I live in Charlotte, NC. But, was in Rockville for work last week and was able to buy a specialty bag at the roastery! And a latte, which was great! This is definitely the type of local business I like to support. They also do tours of the facility.

This is the best coffee around with a knowledgeable and team who are passionate about quality coffee. What I really love is that unlike most coffee shops, Mayorga provides a simple menu to fit any budget. You can enjoy a great latte for $4 or some fantastic drip brew for only a $1. They offer a variety of flavors and non-dairy milk. Everything to get your coffee fix right.

First time there! What a cool place. You can see the actual factory through a glass wall. Coffee tastes really fresh. They offer fresh coffee to go packaged in a to go box for larger quantities for less than 15.00. Check it out.

Best vegan breakfast Ive had. cinnamon rolls are doughy/chewy, scones are delicious (moist inside and not too crumbly). croissants are flaky and delicious... yes, I tried these all in one visit and its worth restating, the scone was amazing.

I was really excited to see that Mayorga has a little coffee shop connected to its manufacturing factory. You can see the factory in action from the shop. A wonderful company with phenomenal coffee. Ive been buying their lighter roasts for a while and was lucky to catch their first coffee cupping/tours. The coffee and staff are just exceptional. The concept of an open kitchen is nothing new but Mayorga takes it to another level. They let you peer behind the scenes at the factory floor while sipping the very coffee you see before you being roasted. A visit to their cozy coffee shop is a window into their entire operation. Literally a window as about 50 square feet of wall is completely transparent allowing full view of the busy factory behind. All coffee bean purchases may be ground while you wait and enjoy a macchiato or pour over of your chosing.

A must-visit for coffee lovers! I went in to buy a few locally roasted pounds, and Eduardo was so welcoming and knowledgeable that I stayed and peppered him with coffee questions while he made me a deliciously dark French Roast pour-over. Excited to go back for some roasting classes, grab a cold-brew growler and tour the roastery. This is really a hidden gem!

I like their coffee. But last time I was in to buy a bag of beans, I had to wait 20 minutes to get to a cash register while staff all focused on pour overs. Need to split up staff at register so bean orders can get out the door.

I love their donuts, cookies, scones, croissants...special Sunday brunch offerings. Their coffee always hits the spot (I always order an oat milk latte). IMHO, the only thing theyre missing is a matcha latte.

This is not exactly a coffee shop -- its actually a roasting facility that also serves coffee ready-to-drink. So, no food or couches or much seating. But... great espresso, wide selection of beans and roasts, knowledgeable, friendly staff. All-around great spot for the discriminating coffee addict. Recommended.

They are amazing with their knowledge as to how to brew the coffee. London was the gentleman helping me with my coffee and he did an amazing job of explaining the process and why. He even shared some of how the brew masters listen to specific pops of the coffee when brewing to know what phase and how to brew it perfectly. Very cool place!!!

London has recently helped me expand my horizons with spot on recommendations and good old fashioned customer service. I have gained a wealth of knowledge on roasting and brewing coffee from the Mayorga team over the years. I cant recommend them enough. Excellent coffee - as close to the source as you can get. Mayorga imports directly from South America and a few other areas. I found them after I realized that all the smaller places just retail for the large retailers like coffee-bean- direct. This is the most authentic coffee you can get.

No syrups no flair no smoothies no Frappuccino’s but damn is their coffee good. It’s in their roasting facility where you can watch them roast beans and package them for sale. You can get any kind of coffee they have in a pour over.You can also try it in espresso form as well.They offer all their coffees for sale in 12oz/1lb/2lb/5lb capacity. Oh you can also get your green beans here if you roast at home. Enjoy

This place is a gem. This is kind of their second go around in the retail business and you can tell that they are more seasoned and focused. They only serve coffee and they do it so well. If youre not a coffee geek and you just want great coffee, youre in for a treat. ...and if you ARE a coffee geek? Well youre in for an even bigger treat. They do pourovers and chemex. They have lots of regular and even a few natural process coffees. All the jars of beans are labeled by their roast date. Everything is weighed, measured, and done perfectly. The staff are incredibly well trained. Dont miss this little island of bliss if youre into coffee on any level.

I loved the unique space, especially how they combined the roasting area with the retail store and how they maintained the industrial feel of the previous facility. The girl that works there is amazing, she gave me her personal favorites and stories of her as a child growing up in Honduras. Their Honduras coffee is amazing and the girl working is from Honduras too. The company maintains their Latinx heritage very well!

Yesterday, I walked in as a first time customer and had the best cup of coffee in ages. I even walked out with a bag of their classic/signature coffee beans to try at home. Can confirm, totally worth it. Also the barista was super friendly and an awesome guy.I cant recommend this business highly enough!

Family owned. Supports small farmers and indigenous people. Best of all, their coffee is excellent. It is so much better than Starbucks that there is no comparison.

Attention drivers with 18 wheelers! Their docks are facing a busy street and you have to blind side back into the docks. One of the employees will stop traffic (although the cars are inpatient) and try and help you back in. If you are not comfortable backing, dont like blind side backing, have to keep pulling up, or it takes you a while to back I wouldnt recommend coming here. That street is really busy and you are backing into a driveway that has a light post on one corner and a fire hydrant on the other. The staff was friendly. They gave me a coffee on the house for coming to get the load. (The coffee was really tasty) They also loaded me super quick. Inside they have an open view of the factory and its really neat.

Great customer service! Muy Macho was strong and NICE! It woke me up after my heavy breakfast. Initially, the lights were off in the factory section. So, it appeared to be a small factory behind the glass. When they turned the light on, our mouth dropped.Definitely, coming back for a tour. My wife loved the decaf Honduras Capucas. Traditionally, she likes light roast, but this was a delicious medium roasted cup of coffee. I had to buy the Winter blend because it is seasonal and my co-worker raved about it. Nevertheless, I will be back try other flavors.

Fatima made me a swan latte! She was super friendly, and explained everything well! I found out upon your first time visiting you get 50%off drinks. So if you havent been, now you know you need to go ! They swap out the espresso blend daily for variance. You can still pick from the variety if you have a favorite, or want to try something out! It is worth the trip, and you can see how they package everything at the main facility. Pretty coool!

We were in Rockville for shopping and lunch, and we decided to drop by Mayorga for a pick-me-up. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Eduardo. He told us that he could make any pourover we wanted from the variety of beans they roast, and we took a couple of minutes to look at the shelves.I opted for their Honduras Capucas in a V60 pourover. This one has a medium roast profile with notes of maple, chocolate, and plum. In terms of brewing methods, Mayorga offers three kinds - V60 single, Chemex, or French Press. V60 is $3.50, French Press is $6, and Chemex is $7. In addition, they also offer espresso drinks and cold-brewed ice coffee (either as a pint or growler).Everything Mayorga related is organic. All organic ingredients. The baristas and staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their brewing methods and their bean varieties. Very community-oriented and more of a learning, educational experience.The roasting and distribution facility is located onsite, which is really neat because they host tours. Additionally, they have demos and roadshows around the area, mostly at Whole Foods and Costco. Ive also seen their coffee beans at Whole Foods and Costco for purchase.

Coffee is great... espresso is amazingly esquist and leaves my pallet with a hint of sweet aromatic roast sensation followed by what feels like a dub rave in my head... yep, its that good... and most of all, the customer service is by far the best part of the deal... theyre always friendly and excited faces... then again, it might just be me😉... nyways, just trust me and stop by, except mondays, I know i know, theyre closed on mondays😥, its okay though, cause theyre open all week, besides Sunday too... and still though, its a great cup of joe around the vicinity, so stop by and sip a cup, and hopefully you too can write a short and energized sweet tiny review like the rest of us😁
