Purchased item online that was listed as available on their web site. After purchasing, I was told they would contact me when I can pick it up. More than two months later, not a word from the store. No one answers phone and no one responds to emails to explain whats up. I have been patient because of what we are all going through, but no customer service whatsoever! Something is not right.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just from reading recent reviews pretty much confirms my suspicion that this store just does not care right now. I am currently waiting for an order placed on June 19-22. I have tried several attempts to get some info but the customer service just does not exist. So now I am left to wonder....will this store attempt to make good on orders or do I have to say goodbye to $90. I know times are tough but dam how hard is it to JUST let people know. Geez

!!!!!!!NBUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!I ordered accessories that showed to be in stock. 2 Rifle magazines and paid an extra 23 plus dollars for second day delivery? They were fast to charge my credit card but it has been 9 days now and no packages, no tracking numbers no one answering the phone number they supply or their emails. Also not able to leave a voice message which seems a bit odd for a business on the up and up. Maybe they check their Facebook page.

Great store with knowledgeable staff. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new firearm. The Alpha Bravo team is patient when helping new firearms owners and are very accommodating. Glad to have this store in the neighborhood!

As someone who had been wanting to purchase a gun for a while as well as thorough understanding, education, and resources available to me - Dan and Charlie at Alpha Bravo were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A great place to purchase firearms and equipment! There are only 2 reasons that I deal with one gun store over another; 1) Good Prices, or 2) Good Service. Fortunately, Armistead is one of the few places that have both. All of the staff members Ive talked to have been friendly, patient, and more than happy to let me handle any weapon in the store. Went to Armistead Armory at first looking around for ammo and gun prices. I ended up buying a Turkish Mauser. The customer service and attention to detail is good, definitely a knowledge staff. The prices are fairly good as well. Armistead Armorys willingness to help their customers is really good as well, needless to say Ill definitely be going back.

Great staff very knowledgeable! Not the best in pricing option but they make up for it with outstanding customer service. Great CS is a lost art form but Alpha Bravo has it in spades!

This is a great shop very close to downtown. The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. I came in with a question about my glock and was introduced to Josh the gunsmith, he stopped what he was working on to take apart my pistol and thoroughly cleaned it showing me all the steps. He was very nice and helped with the trigger reset. Its a shame he isnt full time but he can be booked in the evening and works all day Saturday. I will be returning soon for some trigger work and a stipple job. Check this shop out!

I figured Id stop by after running some errands. I walked in looking like a hot mess but Jessica and Bryan were still very inviting and friendly. Spent about 20 minutes making small talk and not once did I feel rushed or unimportant. Customer service was awesome and Jessica and Bryan were extremely knowledgeable and professional. My husband was in this shop today to purchase some things for his guns. The gunsmith was very nice and knowledgeable, but the older man that was standing behind the register was extremely rude to him when my husband inquired about parts. He stated that they didnt not have any 9mm rounds in the store and repeatedly rudely told him that he did not have what he needed without even checking the stock first. Coustomer service is obviously not high in this mans priority list.

I very rarely write reviews but absolutely had to for Alpha Bravo Armory. I had a fantastic experience with them from beginning to end. Not only do they have a great selection of firearms and accessories, but the staff was incredibly knowledgable and friendly. It was definitely the best customer service Ive ever experienced in a gun shop. These people know their craft and they care about helping you find exactly what youre looking for, even if you dont know what that is. Ask for Jessica or Dan - they are fantastic! The service is beyond awesome- And the gunsmith there is hands down the best! I had my Bersa C/C fixed right on the spot. This is a great place to buy a gun, and have repairs done by a more than a competent gunsmith.

I started the process of building my rifles and alpha bravo helped me with all my questions and gave me their honest opinions which helped a ton. I brought my parts up and the guys even taught me how to build my ar while they put it together. Their level of customer service is unparalleled in the gun community. Customer for life! Great prices! Knowledgeable staff! Super nice people! Excellent selection! If you are looking for a specific gun, chances are they have it or can find it for you. Consignment sales are very common here and you can find some well taken care of used guns for an absolute steal that are already broken in and many of the already modified with upgraded components. Im here at least once a month if not more just looking at their selection. Also carries Berettas clothing line and T-shirts.

Female behind the counter was more concerned over having her own conversation with who Im assuming is the owner, than helping me out or even asking if I had any questions. Incredibly unprofessional.On top of that, I was informed that just to swap a muzzle device on an AR upper would be a 10 day wait at a minimum? For a 5 minute job? I understand if an employee has health issues and is a little backed up, but if they knew this would occur (which judging by the managers statements, this has been ongoing for awhile), why would you not bring on a smithing apprentice or have someone trained to do light smithing? Place a sign up that alerts customers of this and I would have wasted alot less time.I went down the street to Sharpshooters USA and Jake swapped it out in 3 minutes. I also was asked if I needed any assistance by 2 different sales people over the course of that time.Ill give AB another shot, but they seriously crapped on my first experience there with this last one. Well see what the future holds.2018 EDIT #2: Found out the gunsmith I raved about in my very first review of Alpha Bravo, full on moved to Sharpshooters down the street after all. I unfortunately think Ill be going there for all my smithing needs.

Obviously this is a gun shop built for profit to take advantage of the high demand for ammo and gun sales. Poor selection, 20% higher prices than most places and very difficult to find. Wont be going back.
