I had a Blank experience...The young lady gave me the wrong time ..I waited over an hour...then when I go in...She didnt Welcome me or introduce herself...I had to ask her name..I gave my Rx to her...She said look around.No assistance...Now I see why JC Penny is going OUT of business...The customer service is low grade or at least in Optical..If I had the money ...I trully would have gone someplace else...Be aware..if you have too use this place...
