Dont come here if you want your glasses anytime soon they promise you it will be fast and it takes longer than a month. I still have yet to receive my glasses and Ive been trying to get a refund for almost 2 weeks now. Dont waste your time coming here.

The building is old and the layout is confusing. The Vision center shares a reception with another office, and it is clear that the organization of the two spaces is poor. I went in to have my glasses and contacts prescription updated. When I went to pay for my visit, I found out that the doctor has only completed a prescription for my glasses. I was told I would have to schedule an additional appointment to have my contacts prescription done. Additionally, the assistant who helped me order frames and lenses seemed scattered and I never had a clear picture of what I would be paying for my new glasses. I was hesitant to pay for my glasses at the end of visit and was concerned I was overpaying, but I paid. After making my payment I was told it may be upwards of 3 weeks before my new glasses would arrive. I also got a call the next day from the assistant. Turns out she made several mistakes on the pricing of my glasses, and I would need to pay an additional $50 to have my glasses sent to the lab to be made, which delayed the process for getting my new glasses even longer. Overall, I am disappointed with the quality of care and service I received here. I will be going elsewhere to have to have my contact prescription taken care of.

My experience here, as far as customer service, was good. The receptionists were knowledgeable and very nice. Now... the bad news... This is an old building that doesnt feel clean and the doctor was not very personable. He asked me questions about my eyes that didnt seem normal because Im not the eye doctor. He was very indecisive. And when I FINALLY got my glasses, the were cracked, so they sent them back timely and at no cost to me. When I came in a week later, they were cracked again, but this time on both lenses. So, we figured third times a charm and they upgraded my lenses for free. But when I went in again, the glasses were perfect, but the receptionist dropped them while cleaning them and broke them again. So, in short it took over a month to get the glasses and by the fourth time I went in, I was done with all of the trouble. They issued me a full refund without any trouble. Again, the people were very polite, but after my experience here I will not be returning or recommend that anyone go here for an eye exam, etc.

I happened upon Dr Andersons office as they were listed by my insurance. I previously had been going to a local national chain where things were pretty inexpensive. I did not feel I was getting a complete exam there since I have several conditions 4th hat could affect my eyesight. The office staff was great there, and I Dr Anderson was thorough in the questions asked and the exam. I was not rushed thru the exam and time was taken to check my vision for a set of distance and computer glasses to get the distance right for both. Unfortunately I did not find glasses there I liked within my price range. I walked out with scripts for both and ordered the ones I liked online. I had planned to order online before I went there. They were still great. I would recommend to any one.

I have been going to Dr. Anderson for some time now. After experiencing problems with my previous eye Dr., who could not get my prescription right, I decided to try Dr. Anderson. He listened when I told him the trouble I was having with my eyes. He was very patient with me during the exam. When I received my new pair of glasses, I was very happy with the prescription. I am a Barber by trade and good vision is essential. Thank you Dr. Anderson.

Office staff is good. Dr is kind of a strange cat but so am I. The office is a neighborhood office not a strip mall place and it feels like it. I moved away from the area but still will be going here.
