Needed to buy a new battery for my car. They were reasonable in thier price. They were open late and installed in in my car for free. The waiting room is clean. They offered me cold water while I waited. Super nice family owned business. Yvonne and her husband took care of us fast.They offer roadside assistance for tires, batteries, car unlocks, and taking fuel to you when you run out of gas. Great place for honest service!

CALL SOMEONE ELES THEY LEFT ME HANGING. I CALLED THEM AT 430PM FOR A JUMP AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT IN 30 TO 45 MINUTES. I CALLED BACK AFTER 45 MINUTES ONLY TO HEAR THAT THEY WERE NOW CLOSED! SAFE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

I had called a few local towing agencies beforehand to get quotes for towing my car to a tire shop, but none of them even picked up the phone. I called San Antonio Roadside Assistance and immediately had an answer, price, and appointment. Paul was very friendly and fast. They fixed my tire on the spot and I was very happy with their service.

I messaged them to inquire about removing a lug nut that was stuck on my tire so I could change the tire. After waiting for over an hour I’m told it will be $115 to change the tire (which I didn’t need them to do, just remove the lug). But that wasn’t the killer. The issue was Paul telling me that it is not feasible to do it for less than $115 and that I’m being entitled. I just wanted to know if they provided a specific service (which no one ever answered) and got this rude response AND then he left the chat and closed it without me being able to get the answer to my question. Unprofessional and extremely rude. I had literally been waiting in my car with my baby thinking they’d be able to help.
