Woman jn front counter has no clue about customer service and dont care about what you need and told me its not her problem and rather send you elsewhere shes very rude. Ended up getting what I need elsewhere with better costumer with a friendly attitude. Big waist of my time and will inform all my friends and contractors of this place.

Not for the Professional contractor, maybe for the weekend carport builder who doesnt know any better. Stopped by today to pick up 2 items I was short on, their price was 60% higher than 3 vendors here in town and, the counter person had a dont care attitude as well. Sad

The material is picked and loaded for you. The steel is already primed, which is a great option for customers who plan on painting their carport or shed. There are multiple color options. The only downfall, the wait to have your order loaded and ready to go can be over an hour at times.

Had a great experience there, very helpful, was faster then most metal supplier when loading, I would recommend to family and friends.

The service when placing orders with this company over the phone is a nightmare. The extremely oversized red head lady at the front desk who answers phones, has been disrespectful on numerous occasions. Our most recent order was entered incorrectly. We are now stuck with incorrect material that we cannot use... I would highly advise against using this company.. We spend thousands on material monthly with continuous problems and still receive unprofessional subpar service.
