Excellent service very knowledgeable about my Bmw.

Bad service. Incompetent labor.Took my car for windshield repair. Stanley represented proficiency in the job for replacing windshield and program the same as per BMW company standards. He failed to program the car and I have to take my car for windshield programming to BMW service center to learn that front camera was not working and needs replacement.Took additional two days for my car to sit at service centre in addition to one day car sitting at MAT for windshield change.After all the work my car was returned dirty and the car paint was damaged with glue. Still need to take my car for detailing due to negligence of MAT. My interior leather seats were dirty. The car was returned to me without washing.

My experience getting my vehicle repaired was excellent! Specifically, Stanley was spot on with diagnosis and repair. He went beyond my expectations. Getting a new radiator was not as painful (financially or timewise) as I assumed...costly, yes but still, not as over the top as I initially expected. I was even offered a discount for bringing in the radiator myself, which was a breeze. Stanley offered to drop me off to my job (which thankfully was not far from his shop). He guaranteed me that my car would be ready by 4 same day and again, spot on, as I received his call at exactly 4 that it was ready. So happy to know there are still good, honest mechanics around!

Been going to M.A.T. BMW for a couple years now and have had great, reasonable priced, friendly, reliable service each time. I can usually get in the same day. They offer rides to and from work when needed. The explain what was done and have even recommended I wait on service I thought I needed.

0 friends6 reviews5.0 star rating7/27/2016Wow Stanley is great, dont look any where else for mechanic, I have 2008 535i every times it goes to dealer they always find something want to charge me arm and the leg $2000 or more my car has only 100,000 miles recently I took it for smock the guy told me it is not passing I called dealer and told advisor my car failed smock he said to check it only $ 650.00 because was failed smock and then I asked how about replacing all injectors was told $ 5000.00 even independent mechanics they usually charges between %20 to 25% cheaper total rip off Stanly found and fix my issue same day car runs like new Stanly is very honest and knows his workall other independent shop they charge too much and not fixing the problems I have been using European specialist most of them are rip off. I am glad I found Mat BMW thanks Stanley for great work done. by the way Stanley used to work for BMW, using him yo wont be sorry
