Super bad service. We were buying a hat off the clearance rack. It was marked 10$. When the girl at the cashier charged us she said it was 15. We asked why. She said the price must have changed. Well said she should honor the price they marked and got really irritated. She said again the price changed and they cant just change all of the prices on all of the hats. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธAfter we continued to complain, she asked why we have to be so rude. What? Why? For asking to be given the marked price? Or getting upset for not getting a solution? Why were we being called rude, if they are not correcting their own error and attending to the customer.It was surreal.Here is the photo of the price as marked. We were charged 15+tax.
Manager gave me a look when I was paying cash and didnโt help out with finding sizes in the back and didnโt feel welcomed into store.

โManager AnnaโIโm going to start off by saying i placed an for a custom hat 6 months ago, i wasnโt informed it wasnโt ready to print so there for, I go and check it out the first month in and the design wasnโt even in dst format after 1 month. They made me repay for the dst because they couldnโt find it in the system and the purchases never popped up in my โaccountโ after this incident i was told by Anna โi can print it here and send it to oakridge to pick upโ so 5 months past i go to pick up my hat (been super busy working on a new brand) (there should be no excuse why it shouldnโt ready after waiting 5 month on top of the 1-2 months for the dst format.) And the hat was never printedNeither @ oakridge lids or @ great mall lids, 5 months past and no call no text letting me k is it was never printed i had to go to the store today and spoke to the manager @ oakridge and he was polite and respectful and understanding of the situation, it was out of his control as Anna never sent the hat, logo, or anything to oakridge while telling me otherwise, in all total i give this place 0 star review for poor communication, lack of training, and overall bad customer service.If u need anything for hats or anything visit lids at oakridge and never go to Anna!!!!!!

This review covers my overall experience. First, finding a parking place close to the store is a pain . Its in the mall, so be prepared for a hike. I needed a hat, and bought it at close to list price. They have a good selection, but I should have bought it on line.
The guy who worked here was very nice. He helped out a lot. He ended up saving me money and helped get the right sized hat for me.
