Elite installed two beautiful pergolas in our backyard. The whole process was perfect and smooth. It started with a competitive quote and concluded with an installation that was done with great care. I am very picky and the crew paid attention to all the details that matter to me. Sam was available throughout the project and responded promptly to all my questions. In summary, I could not have hoped for a better experience and I recommend Elite for anybody interested in having a beautiful patio cover.

Update:I finally received my deposit check back after posting review on the yelp and without going back-n-forth of what was said and done, I am glad to have received the check back that was postmarked on Jul 7. I just hoped they provided update that we are trying to locate your check and will mail ASAP instead of offering various explanations.I also got a call from Sam, the owner, who offered explanation as to why they are in business for over 14 years. Sam has been associated with West Coast Exterior for which there are several Yelp reviews (Im attaching a picture from CSLB website) and I guess I understand the reasoning behind it.I also mentioned to Sam that I had wished they were more forthcoming with Customer references and providing contact phone numbers would have been a first step and if there were safe approach to visiting site, it would have been great. I know how painful it is to have a contractor renege on a promise since most contractor have only 15k in the bond and if the deposit is more than 15k, then it is very painful to recover if any. I just hope all contracting companies are trying to put themselves in the customers shoes. Ive also reached out to my local congresswomen to request a change in laws that protect customers from such issues.All in all, I really appreciate the call and check back.===I posted this on Yelp and posting it here to warn others so please review details on yelp and because of character limit issue, I am only posting the warning. Ask these questions before agreeing:- Have they truly been in business for over 14years when their license was issued in Jan 2020- Why dont they provide references without signing the contract with them- Why cant you see their work when they are so busy. Dont take Corona as an excuse- Why cant they provide references even after signing the contract- Why do they need 40% payment before even starting any work in the name of materials- Will they return your deposit check back if you cancelled contract because they havent done it to me even after 10 days- Have they completed any work in your city. Dont just show the pictures- Whats their relationship with Exterior Perfections- Why did Yelp mark so many of their reviews as fake and never publishing it- if they had been in business for 14 years, why there are no reviews on Yelp

Had Elite Exteriors install a sunroom for me and I couldnt be any happier. They were quick to deliver, very comprehensive about what I wanted and made sure to talk to me every step of the way keeping me informed on any plans, changes or updates. Truly a professional company. You cant go wrong with them!

Had Elite Exteriors install an expensive louverTec job and i couldnt be happier. They did an excellent job, very efficient with their time and tried very hard to make this project to my liking. The project was enormous and they still managed to complete it in their small time frame, and with all the custom changes i have requested. They beat every company out there, i would definitely recommend them.

Great company, they have provided an amazing service to us. They removed my old sunroom that was falling apart and installed a new one. Now we have an amazing addition to our house and it feels like an entirely new home with a cozy and beautiful glass sunroom. there were a few things that i didn’t like so i reached out to the Area Manager Sam, an he quickly assisted me and resolved those issues.

This review is also about Elite Exteriors professionalism. We signed the contract with them back in May 2021. We wanted to pull permits and understand that there would be delays due to covid but they failed to communicate with us to avoid delays and revisions. Granted we were getting quite a large project done but Sam said they are able to do. Our project has 3 main parts: Sunroom, Open Patio & upgrade electrical panel to 200amps. We finally got our permits mid-August. This project has been completely frustrating. Having to constantly follow up to see if their team will come to work or not and when they schedule to come, they are not one but few hours late. The team talked back to us many times when we ask for minor revisions especially when asked to vaccum instead of leaf blowing all of the foam and metal shaving debris into our vegtable garden, blamed us that our house is old when 9 of our outlets were not working when they were fine before the panel change.We have had the worst experience. There was lack of communication, many delays and poor craftsmanship. We have just completed the project beginning of November 2021.Finally, by checking with the city, we found that they had added someone elses permit fees into our bill but Elite Exteriors told that all the fees were correct & was even charged less than the city total.The one star is for the final project is standing with no leaks or sparks.If you would like to know more details. I had Elite come down and give me a quote around the end of September and they had a great salesperson come out, professional, and really worked with me on the price. I was then given a time frame of the project and it took a little longer then they said due to obtaining a permit and the city being backed up and replying slowly but Elite pulled through and did the best they could. My project is %90 complete as I choose to add on extra features installed, but the work they performed is wonderful, and im loving the new Louvered Roof. Being a previous member of the city of Santa Rosa, I know how booked the city is and how hard it is to pull a permit these days for anything, I truly appreciate all the hard work Elite goes through to ensure quality service.
