Im not sure what the need for a store is. None of the employees are able to assist after the sale is made. They cant help you with the phone including charging, transferring data from the old phone, or even putting on the screen protector. They should burn the building down and replace it with a kiosk machine and use the rest of the land for a kids park. That way the land could be considered useful.

Quite a few problems with this store. Ive been to a lot of store over the years and this one is not well run. Quite a long wait for not many people in the store. Limited seating for customers. Limited display models of devices. Limited stock of devices for purchase. Then after the wait they were unable to help me in any way. Not with activating a device, not with answering questions about products that are on the website, and not even with supplying a simple sim card for our device. I wont be returning here.

Literally the worst Verizon store ever. If youre having too good of a day, come here to be disappointed. Rude, unknowledgeable salespeople. And thats all they are, they only care about selling products they dont know about and wont help you with. Also terrible waiting times here. Time for a new Verizon store across town.

One of the worst Verizon stores I’ve ever had to visit. I truly believe it has a lot to do with the way the company treats people too though, not only the store’s “values”. Verizon as a whole is awful. We’ve never been so unhappy with a phone carrier, which is why we switched back to our old carrier less than a year after switching to Verizon.

Verizon is the best hands down. The customer service is excellent, and you can even pay your bill at the kiosk to the far left of the building as you enter. Check them out and youll not be disappointed.

Helpful, admitted when they didnt know something and did the research to find me what I was looking for. In a truth free world its refreshing when someone is honest with you. Verizon service and employees have always been great. Its beginning to look like they have their billing issues resolved.

Since day one Ive had nothing but problems with my bill Eric Rivera said I would be paying $345 to $350 a month which was okay and I think Ive only paid that twice and now I see my bill is $379 nothing but lies I will definitely not recommend Verizon to anyone. I think Im better off going to Metro and I think thats what I will be doing

The first time I went in with my replacement phone, I requested the tech to transfer the voicemail, contact info, and photos to my replacement phone. He didnt. Yesterday, I was helped by Jerry” and he was able to tell me my old phone took a long time to even download the transfer app. Jerry got many of my contacts transferred, all photos transferred, and advised me the voicemails were transferred. Jerry was professional, respectful, helpful, and an expert on cell phones. I rate Jerry 5 stars.

I had an instore appointment today which was made for me on line by a verizon employee. When I arrived they told me I did not have an appointment even though it was clearly on my phone which I showed them. They would or could not reschedule my appointment today telling me to go back on line to reschedule which I tried to do without success. Now I know covid is causing staffing problems but this IS THE TYPICAL SERVICE I have come to expect from Verizon and this location, totally unprofessional and a company wh ok loves to sell you services and equipment and then no customer service to back it up.

Arrived 30 mins before they closed to purchase a phone to give as a gift so we would not be setting up the phone there. We were greeted by an employee at the front of the store who told us they were technically closed because Verizon shuts their system down at 6:30 (due to Covid) and will not help anyone after that time. Currently it says they are open until 7 pm. An older lady pulled up right after us who needed help with her phone and he refused to help her also because they were technically closed even though all the lights are on and about 6 employees are just standing around inside the building. I find this incredibly frustrating and rude. What ever happened to customer service?! I wont ever go back to this location and will purchase the phone elsewhere.

Best verizon store Ive been to in at least a 50mile radius of me. The Staff is always nice &helpful, they actually care about their customers unlike most sales places. This store is always stocked with all the newest products, and the staff is very helpful with knowledge on all products! They have great sales and deals also which is always a plus. My only complaint would be they are always so busy there is usually a pretty significant wait time! Im sure its mostly due to people not liking the other local Verizon stores. I have never had a good experience at any of them so Im sure its been the same for most other customers as well..

Will never go back! I have never been so disrespected in my life. I went in to upgrade a phone as I was told by a salesperson 2 days before to come back, and was told they had my phone in stock. Got there and was stopped by a salesperson who said I have to go online and purchase the phone. I asked why I was told to come back to get the phone in stock, and he said well our policy changed so go back on the app. I said really, your policy changed in 2 days after I was just told to come in by another rep to get my phone? He said yep, it sure did in a super disrespectful way. I said not the greatest customer service bud, and he pointed to t-mobile across the street....Wow! Thankfully the online app hooked me up, but this store can pound salt! Save your energy and dont support this store!

I stopped by this store recently regarding an upgrade - I was embarrassed to ask a number of dumb questions, but the employees were all very patient and professional, and helped me activate my upgraded iPhone and install a screen protector. When my iPhone 11 Pro Max ended up having manufacturer defects with non-working side buttons, they offered a number of solutions I wouldn’t have known about otherwise, so I could get a replacement for my defective phone. Overall I’m happy we have a Verizon in Orcutt now.

Just made the switch to Verizon. Very happy with the customer service and the phone service. Loved T-Mobile while I was there but I live out on an island and get no coverage with them. Verizon however gives me full bars in some very remote locations. The switch was easy and quick and the friendly sales rep did a great job. Wife and I are very happy.

Meh. How excited can you be to pay a wireless bill. 😂Of the two machines, one was broken, the other didnt work and required intervention.Because of COVID, few goodies were on display to interest me in the meantime.I will say the personnel were friendly and helpful, and they had a good deal on a JBL Bluetooth speaker, and I ultimately paid on the machine, so left satisfied with what I wanted to accomplish in a short amount of time, which is above my expectation.It was a Tuesday morning, if that had anything to do with the lack of a wait or line of customers, as well as employees pleasant demeanors.

It never fails, there is always excellent service here. The employees are beyond helpful. The atmosphere is nice. The phones are great, the selections make one indecisive, its great. I cant wait for my next upgrade.. I just wish they would have more sales. Make sure you come in knowing what you want, and make sure you ask it right. And make sure you know what your paying for. Just a tip.

My phone just broke, so I was there to purchase a new $1,200 Galaxy Note 10+. They would not accept the pin number, or call the account holder to access our information. I was not asking to change lines, numbers, etc... Just simply needed to buy a new phone outright, and they wouldnt let me. Poor customer service.

This was the best experience Ive ever had when it comes to cell phone purchase, activation, transfer of info from phone to phone, and overall service. I received the most awesome service EVER from Cody I believe his name was. He explained the process simply and effectively, informed us of the best options to minimize cost to us, and then went through our account after the phone activation and helped us optimize our plan to our needs and saved us a HUGE amount of money on our monthly bill. Theres no way I could have gotten a better price on the new galaxy s7 anywhere else. I hunted for weeks all the way through black Friday and cyber Monday and still Verizon wireless beat the lowest price I found by literally hundreds of dollars. Im never going to another store as ling as i live in Santa Maria.

I bought a screen protector for my 40-dollar cell phone, I installed it very poor quality, it doesnt work to the touch, I try to return it but they tell me that I can not bad service for next time I will go to best buy or to walmart where if they serve you well and if you dont like the product you can return it 😤

I took my boss there to replace his phone after he misplaced his. Hes had a rough few weeks(undergoing cancer treatment) and it was pretty obvious by his demeanor. There were a few occasions that he would have to pause during a conversation and use the counter to support himself. The lady that helped us didnt pass judgement and was friendly and helpful. I was shocked that we were able to wrap up the entire transaction in less than 20 minutes. Whenever I go to Best Buy to upgrade my phone I end up spending an entire afternoon there. Thanks Verizon Store!

Worst service I have ever had. I went in on Monday. they were suppose to ship me out a new phone since I have insurance. I call yesterday which is Wednesday and it still hasn’t shipped out. I call and try to speak with representative from first day and he can’t even call me back at the end of day. If it was going to take this long I would obviously get another phone.

Verizon scams people we went in a year ago for an upgrade they told us the edge program was better for us since we have a family plan they told us that it was a no contract program and we can upgrade every year. Yea right just recently went in to see if I can upgrade for this November and they said no that I was on a two year contract and that I had to pay off everything first and wait till my two year contract was over. They never told us that when we switched to the edge program we were better off on a two year contract and at least we get to keep the phones. This place is a joke thats why we are just waiting for it to be over and cancel the lines!!

In case anyone is wondering this is a Corporate location not just a retailer they provide essentially everything Verizon Wireless has to offer!When I went into this store I was really impressed. The design of the store alone feels kinda like a living room, well at least it did to me kinda sorta comfortable and spacious. As you walk in a greeter takes down your name and number (if your a current customer) to make the wait time shorter. Once your on the wait list there are large recliners to sit and relax which even include a USB port/outlet directly on them incase you need it. Or if you feel like browsing for devices they have a a wide range of display devices for you to tinker with. Best part was I was actually In and out in about 20 minutes. I had been having an issue with my device and surprisingly the time to talk to a technical support specialist was fast. He met with me and within a few minutes of looking at my device knew it was a warranty replacement situation (defective software) replaced it right then and there without having to send it back to Verizon.

I wanted so bad to be completely happy switching to this company. Unfortunately Ive had the worst customer service. Leti was very sweet, knowledge, and more than willing to get us set up. We came from Sprint and were told Verizon would pay up to x amount to have us switch to them. Awesome. Done. Well here we are going on 2 full months of service and my sprint bill they said theyd take care of has yet been paid. We keep getting told well get a call back, or their working on it, or we havent submitted the right paperwork. BS, we have submitted everything short of my first born child. Do not believe anything they say when they try to get you to switch to their company!

Went to this store to transfer my number to a new cell phone. Came in on Sunday and the place was super busy, the guy put me on the waiting list and said it would be 20 min or so. I asked him if it would be OK to leave and come back as i had my two daughters with me and didnt want to make them wait, he said that was OK. I returned 20 minutes later to be greeted by a rude lady at front door. I told her i was on the list, she looked and couldnt find my name, so she says I have to be put back on the bottom of the list. WHAT? Im not sitting there for another 20 minutes. Horrible customer service, and the lady was super rude. Will not return to this store. The management should hire more friendly and personable people to greet you at the front door.
