I really wanted to give Marshall from sales five stars, but the financing department fell short of that star. I came into buy a Mercedes I spotted online. I called navy federal and received an approval. With check in hand a fair deal was made. I handed the check to Marshall and had the best drive home in my new Mercedes. The next day Finance called and told me they could not accept navy federal’s financing. When I asked why he said because protocol. The finance department lied to me. They told me I couldn’t use my trusted bank because financing/loan originators get commission from keeping the loan in house. Instead of offering me another financial alternative his approach was to lie to me and tell me I can’t use my own financing. I absolutely loath being lied to. Unsavory business practice financing. Great job Marshall for having my back the entire time. Go see Marshall. Stand your ground with financing.

My XT5 had a flat tire and since it doesnt have a spare, they drove to me and put on a full size replacement. Had to get a new tire and when it was ready all I had to do was drive to the dealership to have them put on the new one which only took 10 minutes max

My husband went to buy a car yesterday. We were discussing options purchasing new vehicle together. He had my information; however the dealership did not contact me directly to go over sales agreement and RAN HARD CREDIT CHECK WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!Today I went to the dealership in person to address this ILLEGAL ACTION. Instead of apology or an explanation- I was treated very poorly!!! Sales manager was extremely RUDE and made me feel not welcomed !!!

Non trustworthy they tried to add $5400 to the price of the vechicle and called it a protection and beautification package. When I inquired about I he then said it was a market adjustment price.

I doubt i’ll buy a Cadillac again after today’s experience at sunset Cadillac of Sarasota. I brought a CTS in that was having serious and possibly dangerous issues including issues with stabilitrack, the transmission and power steering not to mention several other problems including smoke coming from the front right headlight area but the guy at the desk apparently didn’t have time to listen to everything that was going on and wanted me to tell him what one thing to focus on. Prior to bringing the car here a mechanic told me that all my problems could be linked to the ECM or electrical system and despite telling him this because this message didn’t come from the driver information console that wasn’t what he wanted to tell the mechanic that would be looking at it. Honestly, I walked in willing to pay whatever it took to walk out of there with a car that was safe to drive but it seemed unlikely the mechanic would figure out what was wrong since the desk guy wasn’t willing to pass along what I was telling him. It would be like going to a doctors office giving the receptionist a list of symptoms but the receptionist was only willing to pass along one symptom to the doctor. To top everything off this person was very rude and showed no concern for the fact I was driving off their car lot with a car that may not have been safe to drive.

This is the 2nd vehicle Ive purchased from Marshall Zimney. Hes professional, personable, knowledgeable and I know he will do his best to get me behind the wheel of my dream car! Thanks Marshall!

Let me start by saying I live in Atlanta, GA, so Im not around the corner from these guys. I found a car that I liked online, reached out to Sunset, and got in contact with my Sales Specialist, Doug HillmanI, it was all smooth from there. Doug reached out to me by email, text, then phone. Being in the car business myself (at Global Imports BMW) one thing that I know my clients appreciate is the value of time, Im no different, and thats what I got from Doug. A straightforward approach, after we talked on the phone our deal was literally made in about 3 text messages, thats being efficient. Once the deal was agreed on and the process started it was all good from there. We had a couple of hiccups along the way (nothing that was in Dougs control) but he handled it like champ and made sure that I got a car that was proper.
