Great shop with a great selection and good prices. Found a couple of gems here to bring back to Ohio with me!

The better of the two liquor stores headed into Ocean City, nice selection of craft beer and higher end wine but they need to expand the bourbon selection. When they do get store picks of bourbon it’s very good.

The only reason it isnt a 5⭐ is due to how busy the place is. I swear it seems like it is the only liquor store, even though it isnt, within 50 miles of OC, NJ. The selection is outstanding. The workers are extremely helpful and willing to help. I would say 4.75 ⭐s is a better rating.

Old man at the counter was extremely rude and discriminating. Turned us away because of the way we looked and all he could say over and over was not gonna risk it. No one else seemed to have problems with the other workers. This old man needs to go.

I am a wine educator based in NYC and when I am anywhere near this area, (we have a place in Margate), Circle Liquors is my first stop. Incredibly diverse selection and price points. Today I was there selecting wines for an upcoming virtual class I am teaching. I cannot speak highly enough about Chester. He is THE man. He was so generous with his time and helped me to find the wines that would deliver in my clients price range. I love meeting a fellow wine nerd. I could have chatted with him all day. Never had a bad experience at Circle Liquor. Forever a customer.

Everytime we head to OCNJ we stop in for our devils drink!! The people are nice and the place is clean. Huge selection. Tons of parking.

My son was discriminated against and they refused to sell him anything because his legal state ID was a duplicate. His wallet was stolen and then he lost his bag with a replacement in it because he has seizures and was taken to the hospital without the bag he was carrying. He legally obtained a duplicate from the state of PA and he was refused. I will never go there again.

I went in here looking for specific items. Tiffany was awesome. She took her time to show me a few choices then she told me how I could interchange the items in a 4 pack. Excellent customer service.

If I could give less stars, I would. I drove here from 3 hours away before heading into Ocean City. I went in, got drinks for a family dinner, went to the check-out and the guy at the check-out line took my ID, requested additional identity verification, which I gave, then proceeded to tell me he wouldnt accept my ID. I asked how come? and he stated its broken and proceeded to squeeze my ID in half which caused it to snap. For reference, he didnt scan my ID, and Im 27 years old (of legal age). Congratulations on having 83 years of garbage service and inconsiderate staff who destroy property... I shouldve called the police for destruction of property.

What a beautiful sight to PA resident about to enter Ocean City NJ. Fast moving line to enter. Handed cart by staff woman. Huge stock, helpful clerks and aB man stocking the Portuguese Vino Verde we wanted. Prices great. Beer in the quantity of your choice, wine, and hard liquor all under one roof surrounded by a generous size parking lot. Grand!!

Bad service, more selection than the other one in town. I feel because they deal with the most shoobies from over the bridge, this might be the reason for bad service, because shoobies will buy no matter what. But the other one has way better service. But it is whatever so you can go here and get all the beer. Enjoy.

Staff is super helpful and professional. FYI ... There is an IN automatic door on the left and an OUT automatic door on the rightI witnessed a guy entering using the out door and he ran into the corner of the door as it was closing, he acted like it didnt happen but we know he had a goose egg on his forehead by the time he was done shopping LOL ... dont be that guy use the right door.

A few years ago, they broke my ID and then refused to serve me, saying my ID was fake. It was an NJ issued ID. Today, I left my mask at home, so I covered my face with my shirt. They watched me walk in, grab what I needed and wait in line. Then as I’m ready to pay, they tell me they cannot serve me without a mask. A T-shirt over the face counts under the executive order. I am a local, and I will never come back to this horrible business. These are just two of the countless times I have been highly disappointed with the service. Just go to the liquor store over the 34th street bridge - much better service and prices. Never once had an issue.

Jordan always has ideas of the latest and greatest in beers and know which ones just came in or are a limited run. Love this store!

This is the best liquor store in the area. Their prices are excellent, the choices for wines, beer and liquor are enormous. Prices are very competitive and they will discount to match competitors. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and takes time to make sure you get what you want. Theyve been in business over 75 years because they are customer focused and attentive to your needs. A good place.
