Cheri was so very helpful. I am having terrible back pain so I went in to look for a new mattress and possibly an adjustable bed. I took my mom with me and we were both treated so wonderfully. We spent a great deal of time in the store. Checking out the different options. My mom and I both purchased new beds and the whole process was great. I cant wait to get my new bed. I recommend Denver Mattress and especially Cheri.

Just cant give it a 4star. Hardly anything in the store is pick up today. Everything is ordered. I will say it is much better than Ashley Furniture at least youll get your purchase in a couple of weeks. Unlike Ashley could be several months and the order most likely will be incorrect when it arrives.

When I first went in to buy a bed I thought I was going to buy a regular adjustable bed. When I explained to Matt my issues with acid reflux at night and how I had my current bed setup so the frame was fully tilted, he pointed me to a better solution. The model was S-REJ8LIFT which could do that. They should advertise this bed for people that have acid reflux. Thanks Matt!

Sherri was fabulous helping us to figure out exactly what we needed for a better nights sleep. We were able to upgrade and get accessories and a adjustable bed frame and with what all we got we stayed way under budget.

I had no idea what I wanted when I walked into Denver Mattress. I had a price range, she printed out mattresses that were in my budget. I spent hours looking, trying out mattresses before I made my decision. Your store employee was so helpful. She got me the best deal for my budget. Also appreciate that you take away the old mattress & foundation so I dont have to figure out how to dispose of it. The delivery & set up.guys were also excellent. They were very neat, presented very well. Very professional. Will definitely purchase from you again.

The staff was helpful and there is a good variety of mattresses of different types and prices. I was pleased with the purchase I made yesterday until I got my newspaper today and found out that the brand of mattress I bought is now $100 off. They gave me no clue that I could wait a day and save. Maybe they werent required to tell me, but it would have been the nice and ethical thing to do. So, they may have gotten my business this time, but never again. UPDATE: After the review was posted, I received a call from the salesperson at the store. She said that she had no idea that the mattress sale price would start the next day. They are going to give me a credit for the difference between what I paid and the current price.

Was waited on promptly when entering store. Salesman listened to me as to what I needed. Was very helpful, showed me three pillows to try. I knew instantly the second one was it. Me and my fiance Emily were shopping for a mattress set, and let me tell you we looked all over Terre Haute, we went virtually everywhere that sold mattresses.... and more than once.. we just wanted a quality product at a reasonable price, and we wanted to compare value with different suppliers, we really put them all to the test... comparing prices, products, warranties, customer service.. every time we eliminated a potential supplier, Denver mattress was still in the mix, until we eliminated them all and Denver mattress was the only one left, they may not hard sell you by telling you that youre getting something free like sheets and pillows, or double up their prices so they can tell you youre getting it for half price... they dont have to..theyre hands down the best in the business... if you just want a quality product at the best price youre going to find, the best value for your money, and to deal with honest, sincere, knowledgeable, and friendly people who arent going to try to woo you into a sell .. just take my word, save yourself the trouble of going through the paces and just go there and buy your next mattress, youll be glad you did..

Several years ago we purchased a bedroom set from Denver Mattress,so we went back to see what they had in mattress. We walked in and Mat met use a the door. He answered all questions we had, he was good salesman not pushy. We were pleased with what we saw and told, we bought a mattress and box springs.

Great experience with Cheri. Mattresses and the bases are so complicated, but Cheri took the time to walk us through the details of each mattress along with the various pros and cons for each. We tried each one and had pillows that we took to each mattress we tried and there were multiple bottles of sanitizer around, so I know things were staying clean. Next we learned about the bases, because we definitely needed an adjustable base due to back pain and sleep apnea. She helped us decide on a mattress and base that would not break my budget, but got me the features I knew we needed and a few we really wanted. She was a big help with this purchase and my slightly indecisive better half. I really appreciated the time she spent helping us make the right decision for us with such a big purchase. It’s no wonder she has been with this company for 10 years (Happy Anniversary!). Thanks so much, Cheri! Keep up the great work!
