A horrible company to work with. When I called the insurance company asking them what the hold up was with the c-pap machine they proceeded to tell me Apria never even faxed any information over to them but proceeded to tell me they did. Its been a week and a half and do to Apria my husband still does not have his machine. They said it was bc the insurance company had to approve it and the insurance company told me there was no approval needed. So this company is nothing but liars

My mother desperately needed an inhaler as she had been diagnosed with asthma and is in very poor health. The doctors office called-out a breathing treatment from this location over a week ago and the place had failed to fill it. I called yesterday planning to get the location to go ahead and Supply the equipment and they sent me to someones answering machine. The answering machine said they would call me back today but Ive received no call and they are now closing. I have never seen a place just absolutely refuse to provide the equipment that they are business for and have absolutely no regard for the patients that they are supposed to be serving. This place is absolutely the worst and should be closed down. Im looking to file a report against them with the BBB. Avoid at all costs!

If I were able to give zero stars I would. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever had. Despite the fact that there is an office 15 minutes from my house I cannot speak to a respiratory therapist there without speaking to a customer service agent which most often is located in some exotic locale. If I miss the call from the therapist, I must repeat the pattern. I have spent weeks trying to fix an incorrect CPAP delivery and been called everything from a liar to stupid. Use ANY other CPAP provider!

On Friday, I called and it was a recording, was on hold for 45 mins, no one answered it just kept cycling back through the recording, press 2, press 5 so I hung up. Today I called, same thing waited 15 mins before a live person finally answered. I gave her all my information, told her what I wanted and she placed me on hold for about 8 more mins. She comes back on the line and says I have to transfer you to a different dept. She transfers me, on hold 18 more mins no one answered so I hung up. Not very happy....😡

Beyond terrible. Purchase supplied from Amazon Apria has refused to fill my prescriptions for two years. Always a paperwork excuse. Worse company I ever.

Sure wish the local office would answer their own phones. After speaking to someone from who knows where with very broken english for 8 minutes, I was transfered and put on hold. Hung up after 15 minutes. Horrible customer service!!
