Had an estimate scheduled and they never showed up or called,, very poor service. Not recommend

I called this company and set up an appointment. I was informed of the date they would arrive. I was even informed that it would most likely be late afternoon. I took a half day of vacation so i could meet with them and they never showed up and never called.

I would highly recommend Rooks Concrete. Terry and his guys do top-notch high end work. He is quick to communicate throughout the job, hes professional, and his men do work that excels that of others. You will not go wrong using this company. Five star +++

These guys are great! Terry and his crew are very professional and do top quality work. They had to come back 3 or 4 times before they would pour because the ground was too wet. They were more concerned about doing it right than their convenience. I will use them again for sure!

Rooks Concrete replaced all of the concrete in one of the parking lots for Sullivan Word of Life Church. Terry met with the Board of Directors of theChurch and reviewed the scope of the project. He provided an itemized detail of all the work to complete the project. He also provided the cost estimate in the format we requested and provided in detail a couple of items that he left open. As the project proceeded the scope of the project was expanded. Terry swiftly provided estimates for the additional items we requested. At all times Terry kept us up to date as to the progress of the project and any problems that were incurred. The men that worked on the project were well mannered and professional during the course of the project and kept the site neat and clean of clutter. At the end of the project Terry met with the Board and reviewed the final cost with all additions being itemized. The Board Of Directors was well pleased with the performance of Rooks Concrete and very well pleased with the price of the project. We would highly recommend Rooks Concrete & Epoxy.

Terry and crew did a great job on my retaining wall. Stacked, glued, and leveled every block just right. Professional and timely with no hidden fees or extra charges. Will definitely use him in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Terry and his company! As far as quality work, it doesnt get better! Hes done work for me, my mother and Ive referred him to numerous friends and family over the years and have only ever been thanked for my recommendation. He did a stamped concrete patio for me and my mothers driveway among other projects over the years. Hes always been professional, reliable and fair. If you are considering getting any type of concrete work done I would call Terry first no questions asked.
