I called the number on their website and it said phone no longer in service. We decided to drive out to Torrance on sept 6th (sunday) . Google maps took us into an industrial park the building 1504 is hidden and theres no access to go inside because theres a fence with a lock. I seriously dont recommend buying from this website doesnt seem legit. No phone access and no in person access. Instead I went to BIKE ATTACK in Playa del Rey and purchased an awesome beach cruiser for my daughter.

The number that’s listed is not working, So i decided to drive by on my lunch it’s a Saturday afternoon according to google they were open till 6pm . I went by at 2:30 and they was closed. They are having construction there so easily to pass up. Waisted my lunch and didn’t get anything done( Get bike inner tubes)

Pre-ordered a bicycle from the sixthreezero website on May 17, 2020 with a ship date June 10. They company immediately charged my credit card the cost $429. They updated the ship date to June 17. On June 17, I did not receive a shipping confirmation. I contacted the company and was told that the ship date would not be until August 27. I immediately asked for a refund and have filed a complaint to Truth Ad at the Better Business Bureau for false advertising. Do not buy from these people. Deceitful company.

Got a nice light blue beach bike for my wife for Christmas and it had a bent rim out of the box; I called twice on the weekend to see if they could exchange the rim and no return call.Heres the kicker, ...Then some review company called sixthreezero sent me an email so that I can review my experience; I left the same review like the one im leaving now and the review company said my review was not acceptable?I find it hard that no other reviews like this were not left, maybe they buy their reviews?Anyhow, great bike, poor customer service.

Rico is an amazing store manager. I was an online customer, but when I ran into a couple issues, he was the one who ultimately kept taking care of me, even though I wasnt actually physically in his store. If I lived in Cali, I would definitely be making this my one stop shop for all my cruiser needs. In the meantime, I buy all my accessories from them over the net, because they have the nicest stuff. And its kind of hard to find cruiser-specific accessories just anywhere. But, definitely check out this shop, and ask for Rico. Cool dude.

The bicycle I received had different parts from the illustrated photos, wheels where bent to the point of not being able to ride the bike. After phone calls and multiple emails with a company rep I was assured to be credited for the replacement and repairs that were done at local bike shops. I provided the documents and filled out the requested forms needed to receive the agreed refund. THAT WAS TWO MONTHS AGO. THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ANY MONEY THAT IVE HAD TO SPEND TO REPAIR AND REPLACE THE POOR QUALITY OF THE BICYCLE I PURCHASED. THE LAST EMAIL I SENT WAS NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED, I NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY BACK WHICH IS OVER A MONTH AGO. Very poor customer service... This was an experience that far exceeded the cost and time of just purchasing a bike locally rather than saving a few bucks with an online purchase.

NOT a bike shop nor are they “open” nor are they located at the address listed on google. Garbage website that isn’t clear they don’t have a brick and mortar location.

I loved Beach Bikes! Their selection and customer service was great. The guy working was very helpful, I tried 5 different bikes but he was so patient and was able to answer all of my questions. I ended up getting the sixthreezero Paisley and Ive already received tons of compliments! They offer a lifetime warranty on any of their bikes including tube replacements which I thought was amazing. They also take trade-ins of used bikes which I may be taking advantage of soon. Overall it was a great experience, the environment was just really pleasant and relaxed and the customer service is what really made me feel that I came to the right place.

Is this place a real place? Are these reviews fake? I tried to call their listed number and its disconnected. Their website has no inventory and theyre only opened 3 days a week. I was having issues on sixthreezero website in preordering and it took me to this address.

Really helpful and cool guys at the shop. i bought a bike from them last year and really abused it a lot since then. i brought it in expecting to have to pay to fix it up a little, but they did it for free!!! great customer service and nice people too. loving my in the barrel bike!!!

Awesome beach cruiser I found on line took a chance very happy I did fast Del o damage put it together in approximately 15 minutes not my first one, I found the orange color excellent don’t do black unless I’m at a funeral, so you can’t go wrong also I purchased a 3 year money back plan for 34$ not bad

I ordered a bike and they confirmed and charged me for the bike. Then, I get an email my bike mechanic would help me through the build. Then, i got an email saying it would be shipped soon. Then, I got an email saying I canceled my order— which I didn’t— Absolutely crazy.

It was a great experience, personal was very helpful got what I wanted lots beach bikes to choose from, i will go back and buy the next bike for family members so satisfaction.

Bought my 12 daughter one and she loves it. I then bought one and I to love ridding it. Directions a little confusing at times but not enough to lower from five star. Easily assembled once figured it out. Did not come with a nessecary size allen wrench which we luckily had. Have gad for 3 weeks and no problems yet. Shipped to Arizona minor bend in aluminum support for fender, easily fixed by bending :-)

Tune & tube lifetime warranty is bar none! Im on my third bike for my family of 5 and will be returning when my kids out grow their current bikes.Adam @ Beachbikes was just the right amount of helpful with sizing my kids bicycles.

I was disappointed, always said wonders of these bicycles, until the kickstand broke leaving a big hole in the frame, and they never gave me a solution, they totally disregarded. the bike was only 7 months old, and took care of it a lot ... a shiit the warranty and customer service.

I JUST RECENTLY BOUGHT 3ADULT BCH CRUISERS ALL SIXTHREEZERO BRANDS AND HAD TO GO BACK AND GET A SMALLER BCH CRUISER FOR MY 11YR OLD. THE WHOLE INTENT WAS FAMILY TIME WITH MY BOYS AND A VENTURE INTO THE WHOLE.BIKE CRUISER ON THE BEACH TOGETHER. UPON WALKING INTO THE STORE I HAD EYEBALLED THE BIKE I WANTED FOR 3MONTHS AND FINALLY GOT 2 NOT THINKING I WAS GONNA BUY 2MORE. PRICES WERE SATISFACTORY BUT ALSO THE WHOLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL THE GUYS THERE. AT THE NORMANDIE OUTLET. I AM WELL SATISFIED AND VERY GREATFUL FOR THERE HELP.
