Very friendly service with lots of meats available, including Japanese A5 wagyu, tomahawk ribeyes, and the most deliciously seasoned ready to grill Korean ribs.

This place is an absolute rip off. Yea they are friendly and smiling in your face because they are turning a huge profit. Not a proper butcher shop more a retail boutique for meat. First of all I was asking them to trim fat off a brisket for me and they were gonna charge me the price of the meat prior to it being trimmed. Second, they sell the same prime brisket for 2-3 times the price for pound that Costco has. USDA prime angus brisket at Costco goes for about $5-$6 for a packer. Third they sell snake river farms meat at a significant mark up that you can also buy direct or at many other places for a far better price. Will never return

I have been coming here for years and they have the best quality meat you can possibly buy. John and the crew are accommodating and will special order as needed. If you are near Torrance it is a must for you to swing by and check them out. 10 out of 10 for customer service and quality of the products they carry.

This place has the BEST meats you can find in town. PERFECT marbling on my steaks. I enjoy their Angus and Prime Short Ribs since I prefer the fattier meats. Staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend if you are tired of purchasing low grade meats from the typical grocery stores. Get your quality beef at Angus Meat Market!

Incredible meat here, so glad I found this place. Owners are extremely friendly too, very welcoming and were happy to show me everything they have. Anyone who eats meat should really come check this place out!I got a half side of ribeye to dry age (meat looks amazing, cant seem to post pictures in my review) and I tried an Australian waygu ribeye. Probably the best steak Ive ever had.

Fantastic and friendly butcher. They have everything from Wagyu beef and cuts used just for Korean BBBQ to homemade kimchi and perfectly marbled steaks. I went in specifically for pork jowl and ended up walking out with pork belly, pork shoulder and much more, lets just say my fridge is looking extra full. I used several of the large cuts I received from Angus Meat Market to test some curing techniques and of course cooked up some steak that night. I was very impressed and I cant wait until I can visit again.

I just found my new butcher. A little out of the way for me but definitely worth hike. Warm, friendly, family owned butcher/market with HIGH quality offerings. The USDA Prime/Choice beef is outstanding and if you feel like treating yourself, the waygu is buttery excellence at its finest.Beyond the quality products, what keeps me coming back is the exceptional service. Nice shop. Its very clean, and all of the meat looks high quality. The owner was friendly and offered advice. I plan to return. I cooked what I picked up, and it was delicious. The location is basically the corner of Sepulvada and Hawthorne. I was glad for the hospitality, which is rather a luxury to find. Id be happy to support them with business. It was a great first time visit.

The short ribs they were so tender and delicious I just added a little kosher salt and it was perfect nothing else needed places a little pricey but thats to be expected considering youre getting high quality meat definitely going back highly recommend this place

I rarely post reviews, but this place needs to be put on notice; they initially didnt have the cut of meat I wanted, and asked that I come back in a few hours. They had my phone number, but never notified me that there would a problem with the order when I went there the second time. Never going back!
