Michiko from J. Mobile literally saved my day.Imagine being locked out of your mobile device. Now imagine the following prompt on your phone, 8th incorrect sign in attmept, ALL your data will be erased if you do not successfully sign in on the next 2 attempts. All this with your hungry 7 year old at your side.I was unable to use my google maps app to LOCATE a Verizon store, use my email, call my contacts, etc.I find MICHIKO at J. Mobile, Inc. by SHEER LUCK. Michiko called Samsung, waited for an agent for 10 minutes, got transferred to a couple other agents, then went to bat for me, someone shes never met, and did everything in her power to find answers to remedy my (extremely stressful) situation. I am truly impressed and completely grateful.Michiko was then able to power down my device (I was unable to do this after several unsuccessful attempts) and get my mobile back into FUNCTIONING MODE.Michiko deserves far more than a 5 star review. Her tireless efforts and outstanding customer service are so greatly appreciated. She is equivalent to the ideal employee and could be a fantastic customer service trainer for any company.
