They have something for any design youre looking to create. We looked online first and took the list to the store to see what we liked in person. When we werent sure between two we asked about returns. They said regardless of of its in sick at the store or if they have to order it, we could return the one we didnt want. They also let us interchange sconces from one model to another. Great products, great inventory, and friendly service.

Attentive and helpful staff but they were very busy over Labor Day weekend. We were able to find a lamp that we liked, but just took some patience to find a lighting specialist who was available to answer our questions. Otherwise, highly recommend the store for seeing a wide vatiety of options in one place in person since buying only based on online reviews is tough.

Ive been a customer of this store for 20 years. Its a great store. I went today to get some light bulbs but was met with a political conflict. I just wanted light bulbs. Please dont mix politics with business. I was treated rudely.

Incredibly knowledgeable/helpful staff. Heidi Fernandez helped me understand how the right fan can make a massive impact on my non-air conditioned house!!!! I went back to her for two more fans directly after! Who knew?!?! Heidi did. I am grateful. Installation was a breeze and the customer service has been excellent post install. Highly recommend!

They have a good variety of nice lights. Prices seem fair. But, they were out of stock on everything that we liked. Over 1 month backorder to receive the products that we liked.

Sadly, drove all the way to Torrance from L.B. to see lighting examples in person...and what I wanted to see was mostly online only. Worse, they apologized but to me the company website was down. I waited 30min...never came up, so my trip was a waste!Disappointing!

After a long search, both online and in-person, we finally found something that we could agree on here at Lamps Plus!

Lamps plus is horrible. I ordered a chandelier and it never arrived and they told me I still have to pay for it. They instructed me to file a dispute with my card company since they still to this day have an open clam with FedEx for my November order. Meanwhile, they fought my dispute and said my item was delivered, when it was not. I have a ring camera in front of my house and there is zero delivery. I ordered in this store to have it shipped to home and I would caution anyone shopping here because you may not receive the product you paid for and still get stuck with the bill.

First time shopping for lamps but found some that I like. Will be going back.

Staff here is very friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of contemporary lamps and are much more helpful than places like Lowes or Home Depot. Prices can be a little bit high though. Good place overall though for lamps, lamp shades and other living room decor.

Finally got my ceiling fan replaced and installed... beautiful! Took a lot of time and mant phone calls which is why the rating was lower than perfect.

I had to return a lamp,there was nothing wrong with it, it just didnt go with what I had. I was shocked at how easy it was and more then that, how plesent they were both on the phone and in the store. Impressive

Prices are reasonable.We were disappointed with the sales associate who we spoke with. She is clearly clueless and has no knowledge about anything. Her answers didn’t make sense. We couldn’t make sense of what she’s talking about. We didn’t wanna be rude, we tried to ask simple questions about measurements and any other recommendations based on the height of our ceiling. We really need to buy a new chandelier but unfortunately we didn’t get much help from anybody here. We walked away empty handed.

Okay;. Didnt have many celling fans and the one purchased had no blades. Upon confrontation, the sales rep said some models came w/o blades and that is was normal. In the end, it ended up working out, but ASK IF UR FAN COMES WITH BLADES.

We purchased two chair over the weekend at this location. We were EXTREMELY clear with the sales woman Delaram Kalantari that the chairs should not be shipped till the week of May 20th as our house is currently vacant and we wont be moved in till that week. She made a special note in the order not to deliver the chairs until that time. Then, I get an email yesterday saying my chairs have shipped and will be delivered either today or tomorrow. Seriously??? After speaking with a woman at customer service, she states that the note wasnt followed & they have submitted a reroute; hopefully it goes through... I said, if our chairs are stolen from our vacant property, it will be 100% the responsibility of Lamps Plus. If they do get rerouted, we cant have them shipped till May 20th like we wanted, she said we will get a refund, and have to buy them all over again. What a joke...

Went in to see the lamps in their brand new ad.....didnt have any of the three sets of table lamps that were featured. Quite dissapponting...why even advertise them! Salesperson said we would have to order them to get them in.

I bought lighting for my house remodel in Dan Diego from the Torrance Lamp Plus store. All the lights came to my house except on one of them the glass was broken. I called the store in Torrance and I had to buy a new replacement light. Plus I have to return my my broken light in person to Torrance, so I have to drive all the way from San Diego to Torrance to return a broken light on delivery. Do Not Have ANYTHING SENT To You. Hopefully I will get my money back when I return the broken light.
