I had an amazing time! A worker, Maddie, helped me find a last minute outfit in under 15 minutes! Even when they were closing she didn’t rush or become rude, super helpful and amazing!

This is one of my daughters go to stores. She usually finds exactly what shes looking for at a reasonable price. Staff is nice & friendly.

If youre on a budget and you need something that looks a little fancy give this place to look. Occasionally it looks clutter-free and disorganized... Im sure the staff here is doing their best. Quality of items not very good but what do you expect for $50 and under prom dress?

I called 1 time and someone picked up my phone call. The girl who helped me was super sweet, super nice, and helped me find the dress I needed in a good amount of time. Unlike Lakewood the Windsor here is great.

Went there yesterday for my save-the-date dress. The store was a mess, there were only 2 people that I noticed working, one in the dressing room and one behind the register. I couldnt reach the dress I wanted, and when the person behind the register went to look around she didnt offer to help anyone. I received dirty looks from the employee. There should be more than 2 people in the store around homecoming.

As I was in search of a dress for graduation I came across a beautiful red ruffled dress. I mind you I live in Fresno and the windsor in Fresno did not carry my size so I immediately remembered im having family visit. So I brilliantly called my cousin to see if she would be able to do me a favor & purchase the dress...long story short Lakewoods Windsor didnt carry my size but the other nearest Windsor was Torrance & they sure did carried my size well according to their system. I tried calling to make sure they did and to keep it on hold for my cousin to purchase. Well they didnt answer at all or returned my call after leavibg a voicemail, so when my cousin went in they only had an XL size. I was super dissapointed, wish there could have been better communication.

I called this store 7 times and no one picked up. Called around 3:30pm too. How is no one by the phone during store hours?

All the girls greeted me at the door, they all were super helpful and super friendly, I especially want to thank Irma who was super super helpful in the fitting room and Giselle as well! I will def be going back!

Some girls that work here arent always so happy to help.
