Dont be fooled by these guys. Their sales tactics are shady and will squeak in added cost if possible. Some of these reviews are faked to boost reviews its just shameful. If you insist on using this business just be careful.

This place was very honest! I told him my price range and he didn’t push me to buy higher at all! Actually, my wife and I talked ourselves into a higher price range! He was very honest with us in explaining which mattress is worth the price and which one was not worth the price. He was also very detailed in finding EXACTLY what bed felt best for us! Extremely friendly and personable and also gave us a discount!

Really enjoyed our experience with Carbel Saade- we had just relocated from IL and needed a mattress for the first night. He was quick and attentive, we got some great deals, and within a couple hours (despite it being late at night) we had the bed support, mattress, and pillows all upstairs in our new apartment. I am extremely grateful for this team and would recommend them to anyone! Charlie is great!My gf and I went in only looking to buy a $400 mattress.Charlie never pressured us to buy anything. He was just knowledgeable and shared his experience and knowledge. This prompted us to test out other mattresses. We decided on getting the Tempurpedic with the adjustable bed. He was so gracious in negotiating the price and was so accommodating with our needs and requests. We never felt pressured for a second, just taken care of. No sales tricks, no deception. Its so refreshing to work with honest and knowledgeable people.Im recommending all this place to all of my friends.

Walked in on Thanksgiving just as Hank was about to close (my wife and I didnt know it was about to close). He was so friendly and threw in free items with our purchase. As a family owned business theyre flexible with delivery and pick up of old mattress. We were in and out pretty quickly and everyone made it in time for dinner 😊

Excellent customer service! There are many mattress stores on Crenshaw Blvd and I visited many of them, but I decided to go with Sleep Cycle. There was no pushy salesman pitch and they did not pressure me into making a purchase. Charbel was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right mattress. He was patient and took his time to explain the differences between the mattresses I was interested in. If you are looking for a great deal, I recommend Sleep Cycle Mattress!

I went to more than half a dozen different stores before I finally found Sleep Cycle next to the bowling alley off of Hawthorne in Torrance. Walking in this place is extremely clean, immediately Charbel was there to greet me. I told him what kind of budget I was working with and he showed me multiple different options before I finally found the perfect one. Charbels customer service exceeded my expectations and blew every other store out of the water. They literally had everything I needed and the prices were far lower than the other stores I went to. If you are looking for a new mattress or a full bed set this is definitely the place to go. Dont waste your time anywhere else trust me you wont regret it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Charbel was great! My Boyfriend and I have been sleeping on an old to soft mattress lately, and we went in just to look around. But charbel gave us a deal we couldnt pass up. Delievery was great too! They were super respectful and quick! Great feeling Queen sized bed and a Box spring too! The last few days have been the best sleep of our life. Needless to say, I havent shopped for mattress in years!! Had been telling myself, Self you really need a new mattress. So in Torrance last week while on a mission for something else, I see Sleep Cycle Mattress store. So why not now?Walked in there and oh my Lord, so many choices!! The salesperson Mr.Saade (Charbel) asked me a few questions such as preferred sleeping positions,Side sleeper, ect.Long story short, Mr. Saade made several suggestions ( good ones), then allowed me to make my decision without him hovering over me (no pressure there)!! So, made my decision and four days later, new mattress in my home! (could have had it the next day). Delivery went smoothly, everyone was COVID aware with correct PPE and very careful and polite.Ive already mentioned my experience to several of my friends, sent them photos of it as well!!Painless experience, give them a shot.Thank you Charbel!!
