UNDER NEW OWNERSHIPWe worked with Joel, the new owner and he was very helpful and efficient. We went to the warehouse to have (2) custom cabinet doors made and fell in love with a quartz counter he had in the showroom. We went home and slept on it for many nights, since we were not planning to re-do the counters for many years due to the expense. Joel offered us a great deal and we couldnt say no. His team came in and demolished the old, traced out our sink, went back to the warehouse to cut the sink into the quartz, came back and installed the new counter, all in one day. Joel even returned a couple days later to follow up on the work and look at it again. We have had no problems and absolutely love our new kitchen.We even had him quote us to add additional cabinets to match our current cabinets, which he can also do. That is next on our list.The only reason for 4 star instead of 5: They did cutting outside in our yard and driveway, and the mess/quartz dust killed some of our plants. I spoke to Joel about this and he was very apologetic and said he will speak to his team, and took it as an opportunity to better train his staff on this matter.Should anything occur that doesnt sit well with me, I will update my review. Until then, we are enjoying our kitchen and feel good about going with Creative Cabinets with Joel and his team. Since it is under new ownership, I say give them a try. Better to work with the small business owner, than the large chain stores.

What a great bussiness to work with. They didnt just help me with my budget but also helped me out with the the installation my dad did. The cabinets are very well made and the looks are amazing.

They are horrible
