I was in a jam, Hoover vac in pieces. Went to HD, WW and looked up BBuy,nothing. Went to a Mom & Pop Vac and Sew on Central and Schaeffer. The one day, they closed at 1pm. So call Vacs Plus within 30 minutes until closing. I rushed over with 4 minutes to spare, walked in with a stretched out belt and handed it to the girl. She went around the counter, had a new one in her hand, actual Hoover Belt and rung me up! Quickest sale for me. Please folks, take the time to go to Mom & Pop stores to keep them going and they give us customers service and know their business. Besides, no fighting for parking places like the commercial stores! Thank you Vacs Plus!

Amazing, until the new guy took over. He sold my machine on lay-a-way, kept my deposit and refused to give it to me - told me to sue him if I wanted it back. You shop here at your own risk!

This place is my go-to spot for honest, inexpensive repairs for my vacuums. They have saved me at least $2k over the years for my commercial vacuum while I previously bought new ones every 6-12 months for my business. Cannot recommend enough! Best quality vacuums around too.

Took my sewing machine because the stitches were too loose. I thought I did all I could to correct it, and nothing helped. Told the nice lady my dilemma. She said it sounds like the thread tension. She took a little screw driver and problem solved. She did not charged me! Theyre in business, but I thought that was a nice gesture. So I promised her Id bring her some of my homemade salsa and I delivered. Thank you!

I brought my Singer sewing machine in do to the thread jammed up and locked the machine up. Jesse took two screws out, removed the cover, found the problem, and had it purring once again in less than five minutes, and didnt charge a cent.
