Johns company is absolutely professional all the way around. The receptionist who greeted me was professional and very knowledgeable about the products. The door arrived weeks earlier than anticipated and the two gentlemen who installed it were professional and quick. The installation took less time than anticipated. The door looks beautiful and the company is an excellent institution. John was recommend to me by a friend who had 5 large doors installed at a warehouse. I highly recommend this company.

After inquiring via email, Maria has been very responsive and helpful with all my questions. She was very nice on the phone too. Their cost is also lower compared to the others Ive contacted. After finalizing the schedule with her, their team came within the time frame she gave. Chris and David was very nice to answer my questions and gave tips on how to maintain our garage doors. Not only did they replace the broken torsion spring, they even made some adjustments on the rails so that it would function better. They even sprayed some lubricant on the hinges and rails. Now the garage door operates much quieter than before. Thank you guys for the tremendous service you did! Will definitely recommend you to others.

John and his crew were awesome! John and his crew sets the bar high in his industry. From the very beginning he was thorough and professional. Their workmanship speaks for itself. I had them take my old door and ordered a basic replacement. They got rid of my old door and motor then replaced not just the door but the framing for the support system for the door. Jmk garage completely incompetent busines Had bad experience on the phone with them they show up to install the door all they kept doing is talking about somebody that Did Show up to work that day and they installed everything all cricket even tried to ask them to install it properly and they just ignored me try asking for My Hardware back for my garage door opener and this is when it got real bad Thay started getting very sarcastic with me wouldn’t take my hardware off the old door when I asked him for my Hardware told me what was I gonna do with it just put it in my toolbox this is a very shady Business both installers were very rude ☹️

JMK Garage Doors - Professional, experienced, efficient 5-star service! Highly recommended!This company is the best! I called and they arrived the same day about 2 hours later. Diagnosed the problem (broken spring) in about 10 seconds, gave me a fair price, we’re very nice and completed the entire repair in under 30 minutes including a complete lubrication. WOW! Also, major bonus, our garage door is SO much quieter now after JMK service. After dealing with so many awful repair/service companies I would give these guys 10 stars. They were that good. JMK Garage Doors’ customer service is simply one of the best. Their rep stopped by the same day we called to assess the problem and although he was unable to work on it he explained the work needed and apologized profusely for not being to do it right away. He came early the next morning, fixed it and then was off - very quick, thorough and respectful. JMK installed our garage doors 25 years ago and they are still as customer friendly and reliable as they were then. Thanks guys!

Just Off the Phone with the front desk customer support. Basically informed me that I was too stupid to do the job myself. Never mind the fact that I just replaced a different set of torsion springs about 4 months ago on a different house that I own. A business that continues to insult its customers -- I hope will not last in the long-run

I am a long-time Upland customer of JMK, in excess of twenty years. I cant say enough about them: superb service, reasonable prices, personable people, and they stand behind their work. The negative review is a complete puzzle, unless it was intended to relate to some other business. JMK has my highest recommendation.

We were referred by neighbors on the nextdoor app. Out of 15 or so replies for suggestions, JMK was recommended by most people. When I called the customer service experience was nice and professional. Needless to say, we had an awesome experience with JMK. They had a technician out within 40 minutes. His truck was clean and well maintained. He was extremely professional and polite. We had concerns which he addressed prior to work beginning. We felt comfortable with his explanation and knowledge. An hour later or less later, we had our 3rd car garage motor installed and it is working beautifully! The work performed looks much better than the double door side that was installed when the house was built. Pricing is fair and competitive. We will definitely use JMK again. We highly recommend!

Luis from JMK garage doors arrived at 11:50 am today Dec 5th 2017..and was amazed and happy he was early for a 12pm to 2pm window appt. Luis was very polite organized and attention to detail. The new Liftmaster garage door opener was installed in 35minutes and Luis even programmed the new opener to both our vehicles. Can not say enough good things abut Luis and JMK garage doors.
